Settings of Refrigerant Leak Detector

  • Set up the Dip SW of the refrigerant leak detector as follows: SW2-2ON, SW2-3OFF. If the Dip SW is not set up, the detector cannot be used as an audible alarming device.

Wiring Connection

  • Connect the R/C cable to DO2 of the central control using the CNMA connector (2P, white). Refer to the central control’s installation manual for detailed instructions on how to connect to it.
  • Connect the R/C cable to the relay cable by connecting the 2P white connector of the relay cable to the CNMA terminal on the detector board. Ensure to install the upper case carefully to avoid pinching the wiring.
  • Place the connection section between the R/C cable and the relay cable inside the detector.

Settings of Central Control

  • Set the OPEN/CLOSE setting of Malfunction Output (Normal) to OPEN. Set Malfunction Output (ALL/Leakage) to LEAKAGE (refrigerant leakage). Refer to the user’s manual of the central control for instructions on how to set it up.

Q: How do I know if the Dip SW is set correctly on the refrigerant leak detector?

A: Ensure that SW2-2 is ON and SW2-3 is OFF for the detector to function as an audible alarming device. If not set up this way, the detector cannot be used for this purpose.
