Starting Your Tablet
-
Press and hold the Power button for 3~4 seconds.
(If your tablet does not turn on, or instructs you to “Connect your charger”, connect the AC adapter and charge the device)
(To power off the tablet, pls press Power button + volume up button at the same time) -
In the Start-up screen interface, slide up by your finger to unlock.

Once you’ ve entered the Home interface, you can start to use your tablet.

Updating O. S. Software
System updates help protect your device while providing new factures we think you will love.
- Connect the device to the intermit. (see Connecting to WiFi)
- Select “Settings” select “System”, then select “System update”, then tap on the “Check for update” button.
- After you’ve searched for new updates, the system will download any available system updates.
- After the download is complete, tap the “Restart now” button to restart the tablet and install the update.
Log in or Change Your Google Account
- Select “Settings” and select the “Passwords & accounts” menu.
- Select “Add account”.
- Select “Google” or another app accounts you’d like to add.
- Enter your Google Account and password accordingly in the sign in interface and tap “Next’.
- Choose to turn on or off “Back up to Google Drive” and then tap “Accept”.
Navigating Apps & Getting New Apps
Navigating Apps
- Swipe up in the middle of the screen to enter app list.
- Find your app manually from the app list.
- Swipe down to exit your app list and back to Home interface.
Getting New Apps
- Connect the device to the intermit.(see Connecting to the Internet)
- Go to Google Play Store and login your Google account.
- Type the desired Apostate in the search bar, tap the instal button to start the download.
- After the download is complete, instal the app, then the new app will appear in the app list.
Google Play Updates
The first time you sign in Google Play, updates will automatically start to
download.
The download icon will appear in the status bar at the top left of screen.
Installing a new application while downloading multiple apps will slow down
the speed and performance of the device.
After dll downloads and updates have been installed, the tablet will recover
normal operating performance.
To check the progress of downloads in the background, slide down from the top
edge of the screen by your finger.
Touching and Typing
To select ancon or menu on the screen, tap it by your finger. Some icons/menus may require you to “double-tap”
To type ina text field (ie., when inputting your name, or a website), tap the
text field.
The virtual keyboard will appear, and allow you to type the information you
would like to input.
Touch and Hold: Keep your finger on an icon or menu until it glows or activates an alternate option.
Drag Move an App or menu by touching and lading it, then sliding it to the destination. Slide: When there are another interfaces or positions for the icon or menu, drag it and slide to new interface or position.
Connecting to the Internet
- Select “Settings” and select the “& internet” menu.
- Select “Internet” and turn on Wi-Fi switch.
- Available Wi-Fi networks will be listed here, select your preferred network.
- Enter the WiFi password in the pop-up interface and tap “CONNECT to start the connection.
- Wi-Fi will be connected automatically next time.
Connecting Bluetooth
Your tablet is compatible with Bluetooth devices. Once your tablet searches and finds the Bluetooth device, follow pop-up interface instructions to initiate the pairing of the device with the tablet. Add or “PAIR”a Bluetooth compatible device with your tablet as follows:
Charging Your Tablet
It is recommended to fully charge the tablet before first use.
To charge the tablet, (1) Plug the USB cable into the adapter, (2) Connect the
other end to the TYPE-C port of the tablet, (3) Plug the AC adapter into a
wall outlet.
Itis normal for the tablet to get warm while charging, playing high in tensity
games, or streaming video. Battery life will vary depending on usage.
Note: Leave table tin well ventilated area while charging.
Set up the Kids Space
Follow the steps below to set up Google Kids Space.

When asked who is going to use the device, tap A child.
(If you’ve previously set up an account, tap on the Google Kids Space icon) -
Sign into your child’s existing Google Account or follow the prompts to create a new Google Account for your child under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

When prompted to set up Google Kids Space, tap Set Up.

Edit your child’s settings and interests.
Remove the Kids Space
- In the bottom right, press and hold the Parent menu ->Device Settings.
- Go to Accounts to remove the account from the device.

Entertainment Space Set up
- Slide the “Entertainment Space” icon to right, follow the prompts to log in to Google Play.
- You can choose to log in with a child account or an adult account.
- Enter the Google account and follow the system prompts to enter the main interface of Entertainment Space.
- Tap “Update” to search for the latest updates of Entertainment Space.
Important Safety Instructions

Do not use the device near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (Including amplifiers) that produce heat.

Use the devices where the ambient temperature is between 0°and 35°C (32to
95°F).
Low-or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its
behavior to regulate its temperature. Using Android device in very cold
conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery
life and could cause the device to tur off. Battery life will return to normal
when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures. Using the
devices in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.

Avoid using the tableting extremely hot, cold, dusty, damp or wet environments.

The tablets not moisture/water-resistant. Avoid using the tablet around sources of water.

Do not use alcohol, thinner or benzene to clean the surface of the tablet. Use only dleaning products designed for computer tablet devices.

Excessive use of earphones at high volume may lead to heating impairment t Limit earphone usage, and adjust the volume to a moderate level when doing so.

Charge the tablet battery under any of the following circumstances
1. The battery level icon indicates low power, by showing a drained, red battery icon.
2. The tablet powers-off automatically, and continues to do seven after restarting.
3.0n-screen keys do knot work. -
Do not suddenly disconnect the tablet when formatting, uploading or downloading data. This can lead to program errors (e.g., system or screen “freezing”)

But Wait… There’s More!

I cannot turn my device on.
press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds or charge the tablet for 10-15 minutes. -
My tablet does not charge.
Use the in-box charger and USB cable to charge your tablet.
Check whether the power outlet is working, and the charger is correctly plugged into the outlet.
Reconnect the charger to the device and let it charge for 10-15 minutes. Then press the power button to check if there is a charging prompt. -
My tablet cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
Use your device closer to your router, if this does not solve the issue restart your router. -
My tablet turns off automatically.
Please charge the tablet. -
My tablet’s touch screen is malfunctioning
Clean your tablet screen. -
My tablet runs slow.
Close or uninstall unwanted applications. -
My tablet’s system is abnormal.
Uninstall third-party programs/restore factory settings.
