Thank You for purchasing a CENTEK brand product. We guarantee flawless function of this item, provided the guidelines of its operation are observed.

PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE

For cleaning dust and dirt from hard and soft surfaces (hard floor, carpet, etc.).

The vacuum cleaner is a home appliance and is not designed for industrial applications.

1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The following requirements should be strictly observed in order to avoid situations hazardous for human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance:

  1. Carefully read the present manual prior to operating the appliance. Retain the present manual, cash voucher and appliance packaging. 
  2. Before operating the appliance ensure that the power supply grid voltage corresponds to that indicated on the charger. 
  3. Connect the appliance for charging only to power grid sockets equipped with earthing contacts, use only two-pole extension cables with 10 A rating and an earthing conductor. 
  4. The appliance should be turned off during charging.
  5. Never charge the cleaner at ambient temperatures above 37 °C and below 0 °C. 
  6. The charger may become hot during charging. 
  7. Always disconnect the charger from the electric socket after fully charging the battery. Pull the charger connector from the charger socket of the appliance before use and any cleaning and maintenance operations. 
  8. Do not leave the appliance near sources of heat. 
  9. Do not obstruct the air exhaust grille. 
  10. Do not use methyl alcohol and other solvents for cleaning the appliance.
  11. Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect liquids.
  12. Only the use of original spare parts is allowed. Do not use accessories which are not included in the scope of supply. 
  13. Do not turn the appliance on if it is damaged or malfunctioning. 
  14. Do not charge the appliance if its power cable or plug is damaged, if doesn’t run smoothly or has been dropped. 
  15. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourselves. 
  16. If the charger is damaged it should be replaced by the Manufacturer, a service facility or other skilled personnel. 
  17. Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquids.
  18. The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or mentally handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. Take precautions not to children play with the appliance.
  19. Special instructions for transportation (shipment) and sale: none. 
  20. Should You decide to transfer the appliance to another person, please pass the present manual over along with it.

4. OPERATING PROCEDURE
ASSEMBLY

– Attach the aluminum tube to the main housing of the appliance.
– Insert the electric brush into the other end of the aluminum tube.
– Connect the power adapter to the appliance; plug the adapter into a 220-240 V electric socket.
– Before the first use allow the appliance to charge for 4-5 hours, then operate the appliance to fully discharge the battery. For further use the normal battery charging time will be 3-4 hours.
– When the battery is charged disconnect he power adapter from the electric socket.
– Fasten the wall bracket to a wall using the self-tapping screws and dowels included in the supply.

Press the on/off switch (2) to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
Using the mode switch button (10), select the operating mode of the vacuum cleaner: , , , . When you select a mode, the corresponding indicator will light up.
When the battery charge is 20%, switching to high mode is impossible. The device will operate in minimum mode.

AUTO MODE

Using the mode switch button, select the “AUTO” mode, the corresponding indicator will light up on the display.
In this mode, the device will automatically determine the degree of contamination and set the suction power.

OPERATION/CHARGING INDICATION

While the vacuum cleaner is operating, the power percentage indicator with the corresponding numerical value, the indicator of the selected mode (ECO, MIDDLE, MAX, AUTO) and the display rim will light up on the display. When the battery is low, the battery charge indicator will flash and the power percentage indicator will show the low charge numeric value. Please turn off the vacuum cleaner by pressing the on/off switch and connect the adapter to the device, then connect it to the power supply.

Please remove the aluminum tube from the device and install a narrow nozzle or brush attachment on the body of the device.

5. MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE DUST REMOVAL

  1. Pull the dust bin release button, and then detach the dust bin from the main body. 
  2. Press the dust bin lid open button, then empty the dust. 
  3. Please use a cleaning brush to clean the HEPA filter and separator.
  4. Take the dust bag, remove the HEPA inlet filter, and then remove the filter mask. Turn counterclockwise and pull out the inner separator.
  5. Rinse all components under running cold water.
  6. Dry the filter completely before reassembling. 
  7. After cleaning the HEPA filter, press and hold the mode button for 3 seconds to reset the settings.

We strongly recommend that you follow these rules for caring for your appliance.

Do not wash the filter in a washing machine or blow dry it.
The dust container and filter must be cleaned after each use. Otherwise, the power will decrease and the device will fail.

CLEANING THE HEPA OUTPUT FILTER
  1. Rotate the HEPA outlet filter cover to remove it.
  2. Remove the HEPA filter.
  3. It is recommended to clean the HEPA filter every six months.

ATTENTION! The HEPA filter cannot be washed under running water. Dry clean only.

CLEANING THE FLOOR BRUSH

  1. Slide the clamp. Take out the roller brush.
  2. Remove hair and debris from around the brush roll using a cleaning brush.
  3. Rinse the brush roll under running water.
  4. Dry the brush roll completely before reassembling.
  5. Reinstall the roller brush. Reinstall the clamp.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT

For safety reasons, the lithium-ion battery of the vacuum cleaner should only be replaced by qualified service personnel. If the battery no longer holds a charge, contact a service center to have it replaced.

7. DISPOSAL

Upon expiry of its service life the appliance can be disposed of separately from ordinary domestic waste. You can turn it over to a specialized electric and electronic appliance disposal and recycling centre.

8. CERTIFICATION DATA, GUARANTEE

The service life of this item is 5 years since the date of sale to the end user, provided the item will be used in strict accordance with the present manual and the applicable technical standards. Upon expiry of the service life please contact the nearest authorized service centre for suggestions as to further operation of the appliance. The manufacturing date of the appliance is integrated into the serial number (digits 2 and 3 – year, digits 4 and 5 – month of manufacture). If any questions related to appliance maintenance should arise, or if the appliance has malfunctions, apply to the CENTEK TM Authorized Service Center. DEAR VALUED CONSUMER!
The guarantee period for all appliances amounts to 12 months since the date of sale to the end consumer. With this Warranty Card the Manufacturer confirms the proper condition of the appliance and undertakes to repair, free of charge, all defects caused by the Manufacturer’s default.

GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE TERMS
  1. The guarantee shall be valid if the following documentation conditions are observed:
    – The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the of appliance model, serial number and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card.
    The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible or ambiguous.

  2. The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed:
    – the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual;
    – the safety rules and requirements are observed.

  3. The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation and setup of the appliance at the owner’s location.

  4. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
    – mechanical damage;
    – normal wear of the appliance;
    – non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user;
    – improper installation or transportation;
    – natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer’s or Seller’s control;
    – ingress of foreign objects, liquids or insects into the inside of the appliance;
    – repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons;
    – use of the appliance for commercial purposes (loads exceeding normal domestic application), connection of the appliance to utility and telecommunication networks incompliant with national technical standards;
    – failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance:
    a) remote control units, rechargeable batteries, replaceable batteries (power cells), external power supply units and chargers;
    b) consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits, hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers);
    – for battery-powered appliances – operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries;
    – for rechargeable battery-powered appliances – any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging.

  5. The present guarantee is provided by the Manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights determined by the applicable legislation and does not limit these rights in any way.

  6. The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer’s or third persons’ property if such damage is inflicted as the result of non-observance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances.

  7. Service centers will only accept appliances in a clean state (there should be no food residues, dust and other contamination on the appliance).

The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the design and specifications of the appliance without prior notice.
