Let’s Begin

We recommend charging Leah when you first receive it ta ensure the battery is fully powered. Follow the instructions in the Stay Powered section to read how.

Stay Powered

Use the USB-C cord provided to charge the battery.
Insert the USB-C cord in the port located on the bottom of Leah and connect the opposite end of the cord to a reliable power source. The battery takes approximately 1 hour to fully charge.
When charging, the dot on the Intensity Indicator will be white. When fully charged, the dot on the Intensity Indicator will turn solid white and stop Aashing.

NOTE: Leah’s battery life will depend on the frequency of your usage. A full charge will last approximately 1 month of continuous usage.

Getting Started

Begin by cleansing your face, ensuring it’s free from makeup and impurities.
Note: Dermoploning is sole for oll skin types (oily, dry, combination, etc.), but it should not be used directly where acne or skin irritation is already present.
Apply o moisturizer to your face os the lubrication helps the blade glide more smoothly across the skin and may reduce the risk of irritation.
Next, it’s time to insert the blade. Simply place the blade downward, and it will lock into position. Refer to the diagram on the right for instructions.
Once the blade is locked in, it is time to power on the device.

Replacing Blades
Press the Unlock button on the side to release the blade and replace it with a new one.

Using Leah

Hold down on the ON/OFF button for 2 se to power on the Leah the indicator light will illuminate, indicating it is turned on.
The LED light will automatically turn on which will allow you to see even the finest of details and easy-to-miss hairs.
Press the ON/OFF button quickly to switch between the three-speed levels. When you turn on the device, it starts at Speed 1. Press a second time for Speed 2 and a third time for Speed 3. Hold the button for a longer time to turn off the device.
Note: If you’re a first-time user, we recommend beginning with speed 1 and adjusting to your preference as you become more familiar with dermaplaning.
Select which blade you want to use – a safety facial blade or an eyebrow-trimming blade.

Facial Safety Blade

When using the facial safety blades, with one hand, stretch the skin and hold it taut where you are planning to dermaplane. Hold the blade at a 45-degree angle to the skin and move it downwards (start from the top) in the direction of the growth. Gently glide Leah with care over any areas you see unwanted facial hair. Be sure to use small downward strokes targeting different sections of your face including the forehead, temples, cheeks, sideburns, upper lips, and chin.

Step 1
Hold skin taut. Guide Leah downward from cheekbone to jawline for thorough grooming.

Step2
Finish your dermablading session by gliding the Leah downward across your forehead, your upper lip area, and your chin.

Note: Allow the sonic technology to do the work far you and gently glide the tool across your skin.

Avoid the eyelids and neck.

Eyebrow Trimming Blade

When using the eyebrow trimming blades, gently position the blade at a 45-degree angle against your skin in the eyebrow area that requires maintenance. Glide the Leah with care of your eyebrows, effortlessly removing unwanted hairs to refine your look and define your desired eyebrow shape.

After grooming is complete, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to power down the Leah. Apply moisturizer to your face to lock in hydration and relieve any redness or irritation. Safely discard the used blade in a waste bin. We recommend replacing the blade after one week of usage for optimal sanitation and effectiveness.

Pro Tip: After dermaplaning, your skin is highly receptive to skincare. Within 1-5 minutes post-treatment, apply serum, face oil, or moisturizer for optimal nutrient absorption. Avoid products with active ingredients like retinol or glycolic acid to prevent irritation.

Battery Disposal

Note: Opening and disassembling the device will void its warranty. The process is not reversible. This action must only be undertaken when the device is ready to be disposed of. All batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state or local guidelines, and should not be thrown away in household waste. To remove the battery, you need to disassemble the unit and carefully extract the lithium battery. Wear gloves during this process for your safety. Do not dispose of it in a fire as the battery will likely explode and cause injury.

Warnings

Keep this product away from young children and pets.
Do not press the humming blade with excessive force and do not use it repeatedly in the same area.
Do not use the trimmer blades on the eyelids or throat.
Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the trimmer by yourself.
