Selecting A Heat Level

  • When using the device, test the temperature setting that suits your eyelash curling needs.
  • You can choose from three temperature settings on the digital display:

L1 (up to 55°C)

  • Ideal for long and soft eyelashes, as well as false lashes

L2 (up to 65°C)

  • Perfect for short and stiff eyelashes

L3 (up to 75°C)

  • Optimal for even the most resistant short eyelashes

Adjusting the Temperature Setting

  • Heat   test: As skin and heat sensitivity can vary, we recommend testing the heat on the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad with your finger before use to ensure it’s at the right temperature for your lash needs.
  • If it feels too hot or uncomfortable when using Tasha, please shorten the recommended 10-15 seconds duration or stop completely.
  1. Once you power on the device, the digital display will show the temperature of the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad heating up in real-time.
  2. Tasha has three temperature settings. Select L1, L2, or L3, according to the type of eyelashes you have.
  3. The smart temperature sensor changes the color on the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad from red to white when heating is complete, which means Tasha is ready for your use.
    • Note: As the temperature cools down and when the device is turned off, the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad will automatically turn from white to red.
  4. Once it reaches the selected temperature setting level, the heat will be kept constant during the process of curling your eyelash type. Tasha will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
  5. When you turn on the device for the first time, the L1 temperature setting (up to 55°C) will be activated by default.
  6. If you turn off the device with some charge still in it, Tasha will remember the last temperature setting you used when you power it back on.

Let’s Begin Powering Tasha

We recommend charging Tasha when you first receive it to ensure the battery is fully powered. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Attach a cord to the USB-C port on the bottom of Tasha and connect the other end to a power source. The battery takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
  2. When charging, the 3 indicator bars on the digital display will light up and flash in a running order.
  3. When all 3 indicator bars stop flashing and are all illuminated, this signifies that Tasha is fully charged.
    • The number of indicator bars that are still illuminated signifies the remaining battery power.
    • Note: Tash A has a low-battery alert function. When the battery is low, the last indicator bar will be blinking on the digital display which means Tosha needs to be charged.
  4. Charge the device before its battery runs out or plug it into a power source to continue using it.

Using Tasha

  1. Long press and hold the ( ) button to turn on or off the device.
    • Note: Tosho is designed with an auto-off feature, and will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of usage.
  2. Ensure your eyelashes are clean, dry, and free of makeup and skincare products like lash or eye serum/ cream.
  3. You can apply makeup on your face or eye area before curling your eyelashes with Tasha.
    • Do not apply mascara on your eyelashes before curling them with Tasha. Curling your lashes with mascara already applied can cause damage.
    • Dried mascara makes your lashes stiff, which can lead to serious breakage when curled.
    • Applying mascara should be the final step after using Tasha if you want a dramatic look.
  4. False lashes are suitable for use with Tasha and can be used safely. Please ensure you select “L1” as shown in the “Selecting A Heat Level” section.

Tips for the Best Results

  1. Always start with a clean lash – wet lashes will not sustain the curl, and tend to fall back to their original shape.
  2. To line up with the curve of your eyelid crease, turn the angle of Tasha slightly. This way, you will get a more curled, and not a crimped, result.
  3. It is not necessary to curl your lashes in an ironing motion with the Tasha. Simply press and hold Tasha on your lashes during the process.
  4. To seal in your curled lashes after using Tasha, comb through them and finish off with a few coats of your favorite mascara.
  5. If you prefer natural-looking lashes, you do not have to apply mascara. If you prefer a dramatic look and intend to apply mascara, it must be the final step after using Tasha.
  6. It is not recommended to use a heated lash curler daily, as too much heat on your lashes can cause them to become dry and brittle, leading to breakage or even loss of lashes over time.
  7. Let your lashes rest, and remember to care for your lashes after using a heated lash curler.

Cleaning, Storage, and Maintenance

  1. Unplug the device immediately after use. Ensure that the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad turns back to red, which means it has cooled down and is no longer heated.
  2. If there is makeup residue on the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad, clean it with some makeup remover on a Q-tip, and then swipe over the area again with a Q-tip moistened with water.
  3. If there is no makeup residue on the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad, simply clean it with a Q-tip moistened with water.
  4. As an extra step for a thorough cleanse, add a little rubbing alcohol to a Q-tip or cotton ball (don’t let it get soaking wet!) to disinfect and sanitize the Eyelash Curler Silicone Pad.
  5. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the device.
  6. After cleaning and air-drying in a well-ventilated area, store it away in a dry, safe place.
  7. Ensure that the device is never exposed to direct sunlight or submerged underwater.
  8. If you don’t use the device frequently, make sure that you charge it once every 6 months.

Battery Disposal

  • Note: Opening and disassembling the device will void its warranty. The process is not reversible. This action must only be undertaken when the device is ready to be disposed of.
  • All batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state or local guidelines, and should not be thrown away in household waste.
  • To remove the battery, you need to disassemble the unit and carefully extract the lithium battery.
  • Wear gloves during this process for your safety. Do not dispose of it in a fire as the battery will likely explode and cause injury.
