PRODUCT OVERVIEW

First, select the TX or RX mode

TX mode 1 : Connect Mater low to a heaciphone jack.

The TX mode is for audio transmission from a wired headphone jack (eg. aircraft, TV or treadmil in gym) to AirPods or wireless headphones

TX mode 2 Connect MateF low to the USB port of a PC through a USB cable.

The TX mode is for audio transmission from a PC to AirPods or wireless headphones.

RX mode : Connect Materlow to the AUX-IN intertace of another device

The RX mode is for Bluetooth audio reception from other devices (such as mobile phones or tablets) and transmission to AUX-IN ports (such as in the car, ship) of connected stereo devices.

TX mode – AUX

  1. Set MateFlow to the TX mode.

  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn on the MateFlow. Do not release it until the indicator flashes green twice.

  3. The indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately in about 15 seconds, indicating that MateFlow is in the pairing made (MateFlow is being connected in the first 15 seconds).
    If the indicator does not flash red and green alternately, press the Reset button to restore default settings.

  4. (1) Pairing between MateFlow and AirPods: Before enabling the pairing mode of AirPods, put AirPods into the charging case. Open the lid, and press and hold the button on the back of the charging case until the indicator flashes white.
    After they are connected successfully, the indicator on the charging case will turn green. The indicator of MateF low will be green for 10 consecutive seconds (indicating that Mateflow is in the working status)  (2) Pairing between MateF low and other wireless headphones: enable the  Bluetooth pairing mode of your headphones (refer to the user manual of the headphone for more details). After they are connected successfully, the indicator of MateFlow will be green for 10 consecutive seconds, indicating that MateFlow is in the working status. * It may take 90 seconds for initial pairing. But your AirPods will be saved in MateFlow for later connection.

  5. Pairing between MateFlow and another headphone: (1) Directly disconnect the headphone A (the indicator of MateFlow will flash green twice in 5 seconds, indicating that the headphone is disconnected). To connect the headphone B, double-click the ON/OFF button (the indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairing mode) to find and pair the headphone B, (2) Double-click the ON/OFF button. MateFlow will be in the pairing mode, until the headphone B is found and paired successfully.

  6. After pairing and activating one headphone, you can pair another headphone with MateFlow. Double-click the side button to enable the pairing mode (if the headphones are successfully connected, the indicator of MateFlow will be green for 10 consecutive seconds).

  7. If MateFlow is turned off and then turned on again, it is being connected in the first 15 seconds to the last connected device before shutdown. If they are not connected successfully in 15 seconds, the indicator of MateF low will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairing mode. Double-click the ON/OFF button for pairing with other devices.

  8. 8. Pairing timeout:

    • (1) If its start time is 5 minutes or less, Matef low will be in the pairing mode, until it is paired successfully with a headphone.
    • (2) If its start time is more than 5 minutes, MateFlow will not be paired successfully with any headphones. In this case, MateFlow will be automatically shut down due to timeout. 9. Shutdown: press and hold the ON/OFF button of MateFlow for 3 seconds. The indicator of MateFlow will flash red five times (300ms/time).

USB

TX mode – USB

  1. Set MateFlow to the TX mode.

  2. Connect MateFlow to a PC through a USB cable (give priority to the USB port on the back of PC).

  3. The indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately in about 15 seconds, indicating the pairing mode (MateF low is being connected in the first 15 seconds). If the indicator does not flash red and green alternately, press the Reset button to restore default settings.

  4. (1) Paining between MateFlow and AirPods: Before enabling the pairing mode of AirPods, put AirPods into the charging case. Open the lid, and press and hold the button on the back of the charging case until the indicator flashes white.After they are connected successfully, the indicator on the charging case will turn green. The indicator of Matef low will be green for 10 consecutive seconds (indicating that MateFlow is in the working status).
    (2) Painting between MateF low and other wireless headphones: enable the Bluetooth pairing mode of your headphones (refer to the user manual of the headphones for more details). After they are connected successfully, the indicator of MateFlow will be green for 10 consecutive seconds, indicating that MateFlow is in the working status. It may take 90 seconds for initial pairing. But your AirPods will be saved in MateFlow for later connection.

  5. Pairing between MateF low and another headphone:
    (1) Directly disconnect the headphone A (the indicator of MateFlow will flash green twice in 5 seconds, indicating that the headphone is disconnected). To connect headphone B, double-click the ON/OFF button (the indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairing mode to find and pair headphone B.
    (2) Double-click the ON/OFF button. MateFlow will be in the pairing mode until the headphone B is found and paired successfully:

  6. Pairing between Matef low and two headphones at the same time:
    After paining and activating one headphone, you can pair another headphone with MateFlow.
    Double-click the side button to enable the pairing mode (if the headphones are successfully connected, the indicator of MateFlow will be green for 10 consecutive seconds).

  7. If MateFlow is turned off and then turned on again, it is being connected in the first 15 seconds to the last connected device before shutdown. If they are not connected successfully 15 seconds, the indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairin mode. Double-click the ON/OFF button for pairing with other devices.

  1. Set MateFlow to the TX mode.

RX mode

Use MateFlow through the AUX-IN port.

  1. Set MateF low to the RX mode.

  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn on MateFlow. Do not release it until the indicator flashes green twice.

  3. The indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately in about 15 seconds, indicating that MateF low is in the pairing mode (MateFlow is being connected in the first 15 seconds). If the indicator does not flash red and green alternately, press the Reset button to restore default settings.

  4. Enable the pairing mode of MateF low and Bluetooth Settings mode of your mobile phone. Select MateF low from “Other Devices” for pairing. The indicator of MateFlow will be green for 10 consecutive seconds, indicating that MateFlow is in the working status.

  5. Once your mobile phone is successfully connected, connect MateFlow to the aux-in port of the desired source.

  6. Pairing of MateFlow and another mobile phone: (1) Double-click the ON/OFF button to disconnect the currently paired mobile phone A (MateFlow will have a prompt tone: disconnect, and its indicator will flash green twice in 5 seconds, indicating that the mobile phone A is disconnected). To connect the mobile phone B, double-click the ON/OFF button (the indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairing mode). Open the Settings of the mobile phone B, and find and pair MateFlow through Bluetooth. (2) Double-click the ON/OFF button. MateF low will be in the pairing mode. Open the Settings of the mobile phone B, and find and pair MateFlow through Bluetooth.

  7. If MateFlow is turned off and then turned on again, it is being connected in the first 15 seconds to the last connected device before shutdown. If they are not connected successfully in 15 seconds, the indicator of MateFlow will flash red and green alternately, indicating the pairing mode. Double-click the ON/OFF button for pairing with other devices. You can find MateFlow in “Other Devices” of the Bluetooth list of your mobile phone.
    Note: If a device has been connected to MateFlow, directly click MateFlow in its connection history of the Bluetooth list.

  8. Pairing timeout:

    • (1) If its start time is 5 minutes or less, MateFlow will be in the pairing mode, until it is paired successfully with a mobile phone.
    • (2) If its start time is more than 5 minutes, MateFlow will not be paired successfully with any mobile phone. In this case, MateFlow will be automatically shut down due to timeout.
  9. Shutdown: press and hold the ON/OFF button of Mateflow for 3 seconds. The indicator of MateF low will flash red five times (300ms/time).

Charging of MateFlow

Charge MateFlow by inserting one end of the accompanying USB-C to USB-A cable into MateF low and the other end into a powered USB port. MateFlow can be fully charged in 4 hours.

Fully charged battery of MateF low:

12 consecutive hours in the TX mode (60% volume) 27 consecutive hours in the RX mode (60% volume) It is recommended to fully charge MateFlow before using it for the first time. In case of insufficient powder, the indicator of MateFlow will flash red at intervals of 2 seconds, reminding you to charge MateF low.

In the charging process, the indicator of MateFlow will be constantly red. After MateFlow is fully charged, its indicator will flash green twice and then light off.

Once MateFlow is connected to a powered USB port, it will be turned on, regardless of its mode (TX/RX).*

Press and hold it for 4 seconds: clear all TX/RX pairing information
Press it once: get battery power information
Press it twice : pair and connect another headphone

Indicator:

Flashing green twice = power-on

Constantly green for 10 seconds = working status

Flashing red five times (300ms/time) = power-off

Flashing red and green alternately = pairing mode

Flashing green/red twice at intervals of 5 seconds = device disconnection

Flashing red at intervals of 2 seconds = low power

Charging = constantly red

End of charging (type-c connection) = flashing green twice and then off
