Product Usage Instructions

  • For the first use, remove the protective sticker from the earbud.
  • Place the earbud into the charging case to complete the activation process.
  • To answer a call: – Double-click the multi-function key. To reject a call: – Long touch the multi-function key for 2 seconds.
  • To control music playback: – Double-click the multi-function key on the right headset to play/pause. – Triple-click the multi-function key of the right headset to skip to the next track.
  • Triple-click the multi-function key of the left headset to skip to the previous track.
  • The digital screen display shows the power levels of the left and right headsets.
  • The digital screen turns off after 15 seconds when headsets are put in.
  • The battery bar flashes while charging and displays normally when fully charged.

Instructions for use

The left and right headsets are paired successfully by default when the product leaves the factory. Follow the steps below when connecting to the phone for the first time.

  1. Take out the headsets to automatically turn on, wait for about 3 seconds, the headsets will be automatically paired.
  2. Turn on the BT of the mobile phone, search for ACEFAST Crystal (Air) T9, and click to connect.

After the pairing is successful, you will hear a prompt tone and the phone shows that it is connected.
When you use it again, after the headset is turned on and paired, it will automatically connect back to the connected mobile phone. If you cannot connect to the mobile phone, please manually connect to the headset from the BT menu of the mobile phone.

Prompt

  • When the headset is connected to the device, to avoid the failure of the connection between the left and right headsets, the headset needs to be taken out of the charging case at the same time.
  • You have 5 minutes to connect the headsets and your device, otherwise the headsets will automatically shut down. Put the headsets back into the charging case to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Power on without any device connected, it will automatically shut down after 5 minutes.
  • The left and right headsets can be used separately.
  • If the pairing fails for a long time, please put the headsets back into the charging case for reconnection.
  • If there is no sound after the left and right headsets are connected, please put the headsets back into the charging case for reconnection.

Operation mode

Operation mode (calls)

  1. Power on: ① Take out the headset, and the headset will automatically turn on.
    ② In the off state, touch the multi-function key once. After the headset is turned on, it enters the Bluetooth pairing state, and the LED light starts to flash.

  2. Shutdown: The headset is automatically turned off when it is placed in the charging case.

  3. Answering a call: when there is an incoming call, double-click the multi-function key.

  4. End the call: during the call, double-click the multi-function key.

  5. Reject the call: when there is an incoming call, long touch the multi-function key for 2 seconds.

Operation mode (playing music)

  1. Play music: double-click the multi-function key or operate the player on the mobile phone (some mobile phones will automatically start the music player when connected to a BT stereo).
  2. Pause the music: double-click the multi-function key or operate the player on the phone when playing music.
  3. Next song: when playing music, triple-click the multi-function key of the right headset.
  4. Previous song: when playing music, triple-click the multi-function key of the left headset.
  5. Volume +: click the multi-function key on the right headset, there will be a prompt sound when the volume is at maximum.
  6. Volume-: click the multi-function key on the left headset, and there will be a prompt sound when the volume is minimal.
  7. Wake up the voice assistant: long-touch the left/right headset multi-function key for 2 seconds.
  • Restore factory settings: Long touch the left and right headset multi-function keys for 5s at the same time, the white light flashes, and the reset operation is successful.
  • Due to the characteristics of BT headsets, electromagnetic wave interference in the area may cause connection interruptions or freezes. Based on the characteristics of wireless technology, when the device performs the display function and transmits the BT sound signal at the same time, there may be a “delay” in the audio signal and the video signal, that is, the sound is not synchronized with the picture.

Operation method (charging)

Digital screen display
LR and four power bars indicate the power of the left and right headsets. When the headsets are put in, the digital screen will turn off after 15 seconds.
When the headset is charging, the battery bar will flash, when the headset is fully charged, the battery bar will be displayed normally.

After the headset is placed in the charging case, the digital display area will instantly display the current power level of the charging case.
When charging the charging case, the digital screen of the charging case will light up, the last digit of the battery will flash, and when the battery is fully charged, it will display OK.

Precautions for charging
Use a charger with an output voltage of DC 5V, a USB port of a PC, or a charger with a USB port output (must choose a charger that has been certified by a manufacturer).

Tips

  • This product contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, please read the battery safety warnings.
  • It is forbidden to hit, squeeze or throw into fire. If severe swelling occurs, please do not continue to use it. Do not place it in a high-temperature environment. It is forbidden to use the battery after it is immersed in water.
  • Do not try to remove the battery from the headset to avoid damage to the headset.
  • The headset will automatically consume power when it is shelved. It is recommended to charge the headset every 3 – 6 months.

Precautions

  • Do not place the headset in a place that is humid, full of dust, oily smoke, or steam, or exposed to direct sunlight. Do not leave the headset in the car for a long time. Otherwise, it may cause a malfunction.
  • Using this headset to listen at high volume may affect your hearing. For traffic safety, please do not use this headset while driving or cycling.
  • Do not use the headset in places where the inability to hear environmental sounds will cause danger, such as railway crossings, railway station platforms, pedestrian crossings, and construction sites.
  • Do not place heavy objects or apply pressure on the headset, otherwise, it may cause deformation of the headset during long-term storage.
  • The static electricity accumulated in the body may cause slight irritation in the ears. Wearing clothes made of natural materials can minimize the impact.
  • Do not subject the headset to excessive impact.
  • Please use a soft dry cloth to clean the headset.
  • Do not expose the headset to water. The headset is not waterproof. Remember to observe the following precautions.
    • Be careful not to let the headset fall into the sink or other containers filled with water.
    • Do not use the headset in humid places or bad weather, such as rain or snow.
    • Do not get the headset wet. If you touch the headset with wet hands or put the headset in damp clothing, the headset will get wet and this may cause the headset to malfunction.
  • Because the product is magnetic, keep it away from electronic products such as bank cards, mobile phones, computer monitors, TVs, etc.
  • If you feel unwell after using the Bluetooth device, stop using it immediately. If the problem persists, please contact your local dealer.
  • If you have any questions or problems about this headset that are not covered in this manual, please contact your local dealer.

When you feel uncomfortable wearing the headset or the sound is blocked, you can choose other types of ear caps prepared for you, which will bring you a better wearing experience and high-quality sound quality.

Precautions

  • The charging contact area of the charging case is magnetic. If metal objects are adsorbed, it will enter the protection mode, which will cause the headset to fail to charge.
  • Please insert the charging cable to reactivate the charging case.
