Precautions

1. Please use the power adapter that comes with it, and if you need it, please pay attention to provide a qualified power supply.
2. Do not put the machine in the sun, nor do you store or use it in a cold, hot or humid place.
3. When using, the display screen should be protected from strong light to ensure the image effect and long-term use of the machine.
4. Although there are anti-shock protection measures inside the machine, it should also avoid violent collisions.
5. The all-in-one intelligent display terminal equipped with touch function should avoid using metal objects for operation when operating, so as not to damage the surface of the touch screen.

Connection between the adapter and power cord and the unit

1. Insert the matching prefix power cable into the corresponding interface of the power adapter, make sure that it is in good contact, and then plug the DC2.5 power

1. First of all, you need to install ADB on the computer, prepare a double-ended USB data cable, and plug it into the USB near the power port of the Android board
2. If the motherboard is booted on, you need to turn on USB mode

If the ADB tool is normal, an ADB device will be found

After clicking Switch, wait a while, the Android board will go black, don’t worry, click Upgrade

Then wait for the device to restart, about a minute or so, you need to enter the systemandset it to portrait mode, Settings-Display-Screen Orientation- Vertical Screen.

Troubleshooting common problems

1. No black screen is displayed
   Please make sure that the power cord is plugged in tightly from the pint totheadapter. Make sure that the DC 2.5mm of the adapter is connected to the All-in-OneSmart Terminal and plugged in tightly.

2. The touch screen has no effect
   Confirm whether the APP program is stuck, power off and restart the device.

3. No 4G network
   Please check if your SIM card is in arrears. Please check if the 4G antenna is not connected. Please check that the SIM card is inserted tightly.

4. No wired internet
   Please check whether the network cable is plugged in tightly, and whether the network cable is unblocked. 5. No WIFI network
   Please check if the WIFI antenna is plugged in tightly.
