  • Please read this manual carefully for correct use.

Environmental impact statement for user

  1. All the packing materials of the Product are environment friendly and recyclable. Please dispose them properly to protect the environment.
  2. The packing materials, including the plastic film and the packing box, can cause asphyxia accidents. They are not toys. Please keep children from playing with them.
  3. If the Product is old and can no longer be used, discard it after making it unusable. The old Product contains recyclable materials. Please help to dispose these recyclable materials correctly or recycle them to protect the environment.

Descrip tion

| The indicator remains lit in orange when the dustin the dust bag is full or the dust bag is

not correctly mounted.

The indciator is out when the main body is being recharged or disconnected from the power source.

Remarks| * The indicator remains lit in orange when the dust collector has failed.

Reminder: The dust bag is a consumable. Please replace it at regular intervals.

Installation instructions

Installation of the dust collector

  1. Put the dust collector on a flat floor by a wall and insert the power plug into a proper power socket.
  2. Make sure there is no barrier in front of or behind the dust collector or on any lateral side of it.

Directions for use

  1. Power-on/off
    Long press button“ ” for 3s for power-on: The power indicator will flash slowly in blue for 4s and then remain lit in blue, suggesting that the Product is standby.
    When the Product is not moving, long press button“ ” for 3s to power it off. The power indicator will then go out. =
    If the Product has not been operated for more than 10 minutes in this case, it will sleep. The Product in sleep can be awakened after any button of it is short pressed.
    Reminder: The Product cannot be powered off or enter the sleep mode when in recharge.

  2. Sweeping
    If button “”is short pressed after power-on, there will be a voice prompt that “Sweeping has begun”.
    If button “”is short pressed in sweeping, the Product will stop sweeping.
    Reminder: The sweeping function cannot be enabled when the battery is low.

  3. Automatic/manual recharge
    After sweeping, there will be a voice prompt that “Sweeping finished. Recharge has begun”, and the Product will be recharged automatically. When the battery is low in sweeping, the Product will be recharged automatically, too.

  4. Water adding to the water tank, or mop cleaning during sweeping
    Short press button“ ”, the Product will pause. Dismount the mopping module /Two-in-one water tank , add water or clean the mop, remount the mopping module and short press button“ ”again to continue with the sweeping.

  5. Network configuration, and hardware upgrade
    Scan the QR code to download the APP. Reset the WiFi as instructed by the APP (refer to the content of section “Way to configure WiFi network” on page 6). The APP supports direct inquiries and upgrading of the hardware. In hardware upgrading, make sure the Product is being recharged and has been recharged by 30% at least. For the steps of hardware upgrading, refer to the APP. After downloading of the APP, configure the WiFi network as instructed by the APP. After the main body is connected to the WiFi network, the APP can remotely enable sweeping, make appointments for sweeping, etc.

  6. Fault state
    When the Product has any fault, it will give a voice prompt, and the power indicator will flash quickly in red. To solve this problem, please refer to the corresponding solution in the section about “Troubleshooting”.
    If the Product has not been operated in more than 10 minutes in this case, it will enter the sleep mode automatically.

Use

  1. Put the Product on an indoor flat floor and dismount the stoppers at two ends of the bumper on its front.
  2. Press the dust container release button and take out the water tank integrated with the dust container. It is normal that in the first use, there is a little water in the water tank left after testing in production.
  3. Feed clean water into the water tank.
  4. Mount the water tank and the mop holder into the main body in sequence.
  5. Long press button“ ” for 3s to power on the Product. After that, short press button“ ”. The Product will then be recharged automatically. Upon full recharge, it will be ready for work.

Caution:

1. After working for more than 1 minute, the Product will return to the dust collector and remove the dust in the dust container automatically.
2. The Product may fail to be powered on when ithas a low battery. Please fully charge it before use.
3. If the Product has a low battery in sweeping, it will return to the dust collector automatically for recharge. After recharge, it will return to the position where it paused automatically to continue with the sweeping.

Binding a Android mobile phone number to the WiFi
Click the wanted connectable object, connect “Next”and operate as instructed on the mobile phone.

Binding an IOS mobile phone to WiFi
On the WiFi setting page of the mobile phone, choose the Product’s hotspot to connect. After succcessful connection, back to the APP, click “Next” and connect as instructed.
Note: If the connection fails, operate as below with reference to the content of “Way to reset WiFi”. Please connect to the WiFi network for better experience of use.

Resetting WiFi
After the router has been replaced, or the WiFi network password has been changed, the WiFi function needs to be reset: press buttons “ ” and“ ”at the same time for 5s. If the WiFi indicator is flashing slowly in blue, and there is a voice prompt, it suggests successful WiFi reset.

Routine maintenance

Cleaning of the water tank

  1. Pull the water tank out while pressing the water tank release button.

  3. Take out the strainer.
  4. Use the roller brush to remove the foreign matterson the strainer and the strainer card.
  5. Feed water into the water tank, close the water tank, shake it from side to side and pour the dirty water in it. Repeat these operations till the water tank has been cleaned thoroughly.
  6. Turn over the water tank, dismount the mop holder and clean or replace the mop.

Reminder:

  1. If the mop is too dirty, clean it in time to ensure a good sweeping effect.
  2. Dismount the mop, clean it, wring it out and remount it. The mop tends to be damaged if it is cleaned while still on the water tank.
  3. It is suggestedto replace the mop each 6 to 12 months for a good sweeping effect.

Roller brush

  1. Use a cleaning knife to cut off the hair on the roller brush and use the cleaning brush on the other end of the cleaning knife to clean up the roller brush.
  2. Remount the roller brush and the roller brush cover and press the buckle.

Cleaning/replacement of the side brush

  1. Dismount the side brush by removing its screws with help of a screwdriver.
  2. After cleaning, remount the side brush or mount a new one.

Reminder: It is suggested to replace the side brush each 3 to 6 months for a good sweeping effect.

Replacement of the dust bag

1. When the dust bag is full, the dust collector’s indicator remains lit in orange, or the APP reminds user to replace the dust bag in time. When the dust bag is in normal use, the dust collector’s indicator remains lit in white.Vacuum Cleaners L1550C Robot Vacuum Cleaner fig

Cleaning of the dust passage

  1. After dust bag replacement, the dust collector’s indicator remains lit in orange. It is suggested to unplug the power cable, turn over the dust collector charging pile and inspect whether the dust passage is blocked by any foreign matter. If it is blocked, use a screw dirver to dismount transparent cover of the dust passage and remove the foreign matter.

Caution: Avoid violent dismounting. After cleaning, dismount the components back to their original positions.

Cleaning of sensors

  1. It is suggested to use clean soft, dry cloth to wipe the sensors gently each week for normal use of the Product.

Battery maintenance

  1. The Product has a built-in high-performance rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. It should be recharged whenever necessary for a good performance.
  2. If the Product is not going to be used for a long time, power it off and recharge it each month at least to avoid battery damage due to overdischarge.

Troubleshooting

Fault prompt solution
Fault 1: Inspect and make sure the laser radar is not blocked. Please inspect

and remove the foreign matter(s) close to the laser radar (if any), or move the Product to another position and restart it.
Fault 2: Please wipe the range sensors, move the main body to another position and restart the Product.| Please wipe the range sensors of the main body and try again (for locations of the range sensors, please refer to the manual), or move the main body to another position and restart the

Product.

Fault 3: A high magnetic field is detected. Please move the Product to another position

and restart it.

Please move the main body to another position and restart the Product.

Fault: Please check whether any sensor of the Product is collided into any foreign matter. If it is, remove the

foreign matter.

| Please press the bumper, remove the foreign matter (if any) and restart the Product.
Fault 5: The main body’s temperature is abnormal. Please wait for a normal

temperature.

| The main body’s temperature is too high or too low. Please wait it to become normal again before continued use.

Fault 6: Recharge is abnormal. Please clean up the recharge contact area.

Power-on failure

| One possible reasonis that the battery is low. Please have the Product recharged by the recharge base before continueduse. Another possible reason is that the ambient

temperature is too high (above 50℃) or too low (below 0℃).

Failure to enable sweeping| The battery is low. Please have the Product recharged by the recharge base before continueduse.

Recharge failure

| There are many barriers close to the recharge base. Please

put the recharge base in an open area.

The main body is too far from the recharge base. Please put it close to the recharge base and try recharge again.

Abnormal motion Power off the Product and restart it.

Sweeping capacity decline, or dust leakage

| The water tank is full. Please clean it up. Or the HEPA component is blocked. Please clean it up. Or there is any foreign matter on the roller brush. Please clean up the main brush.

Failure to conect to the WiFi network

| The WiFi signal is not strong. Please make sure the main body is covered by a strong WiFi signal.

The WiFi network connection is abnormal. Please reset the WiFi network, download the APP of the latest edition and try the connection again.

Failure to sweep continually after resumption of recharge from

breakpoint

| Make sure the main body is not in the “Do Not Disturb”mode. In this mode, the Product does not sweep after manual recharge or placing the main body back to the recharge base.
Failure to return to the recharge base after fixed-position sweeping or

relocation

| After fixed-position sweeping or long-distance relocation, the main body will generate a new map. In this case, if the main body is too far from the recharge base, it may fail to realize automatic recharge. Please put the main body back to the recharge base manually.

Failure of recharge

| Make sure that there is enough space around the recharge base and that there is no dust or barrier on its electrode surface.

Failure of execute appointed sweeping

| Please make sure the Product has been successfully connected to the WiFi network, otherwise it will fail in synchronization and cannot execute appointed sweeping.
Lasting offline state of the main body| Please make sure the Product has been successfully connected to the WiFi network and has been covered by it.

Cautions

  • Use the Product to sweep domestic indoor floors of only. Do not use it to sweep outdoor floors (such as the floors of open balconys), places that are not floors (such as sofas), or floors in commercial or industrial places.
  • Do not use the Product in any place hung in the air (such as a duplex, an open balcony or the top of a house) without guard railings.
  • Do not use the Product above 40℃, below 0℃ or in a place with any liquid or sticky matter on the floor. Before use, remove all the wires and cables from the floor to avoid dragging by the main body in sweeping.
  • Please remove the fragile objects and other sundries (such as vases and plastic bags) on the floor to avoid damage of valuable things due to contact or gentle collision with the running main body.
  • Keep physically, mentally or perceptively handicapped people (including chilren) from using the Product.
  • Keep children from playing with the main body. When the main body is running, keep children and pets away from it as much as possible.
  • Do not put any object (including a child or pet) on the still or moving main body. Do not use the Product to sweep any burning object (such as a cigarette end that is still burning).
  • Do not use the Product to sweep any long-hair carpet (The Product may fail to sweep some dark carpets normally).
  • Keep the main body from absorbing hard or sharp objects (such as decoration wastes, glass or iron nails).
  • Do not carry the Product by using its laser radar cover as a handle.
  • Please clean and maintain the main body and the recharge base after power-on or disconnection from the power source.
  • Keep liquids from the Product (the dust container can be dismounted, cleaned, dried and remounted).
  • Do not put the main body upside down (do not put the laser radar on the floor).
  • Please use the Product as instructed in this manual or the quick guide. We shall not be responsible for the property losses or personal injuries due to its improper use.

Battery and its recharge

  • Do not use a battery, power adapter or recharge base suplied by a third party;
  • Do not use an non-rechargeable battery;
  • Do not dismount, repair ore refit the battery or the recharge base;
  • Do not put the recharge base close to a heat source (such as a heating radiator);
  • Do not wipe any part of the Product with wet cloth or any liquid;
  • Do not discard the waste battery but have it handled by a professional institute.
  • It is suggested to power off the main body and pack the Product with the original packing box before transporting it.
  • If the Product is not going to be used for a long time, please fully charge it, power off its main body, put it in a dry, cool place and recharge it each month at least to avoid battery damage.
  • Correct tools are necessary for battery dismounting: Remove the screws on the bottom cover, open the bottom cover, remove the battery terminals and take the battery out of the battery chamber.
  • Before discarding the Product, take the battery out of it.
  • Do not take out the battery until the Product has been powered off.
