SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all instructions before you use this device. Please don’t make any changes or create settings that are not described in this manual. If physical damage, loss of data, or damage is caused by failure to follow instructions, the warranty does not apply.

Setup

  1. Do not expose the device to rain or moisture to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock. Objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should not be placed on this device.
  2. Do not place this device on soft surfaces such as tablecloths or carpets, otherwise the device could be a fire hazard.
  3. Please don’t place this device in areas that are susceptible to excessive dust and dirt or near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field.
  4. To prevent overheating, do not block or clog the ventilation holes.
  5. Never place this device in a confined space. Always leave enough space around this device for ventilation.
  6. Protect this device from overexposure to direct sunlight, heat, large temperature fluctuations, and moisture. Avoid extreme temperatures. The suitable operations and storage temperature for this device and its accessories is (0°F to 95°F).
  7. When this device is running for a long period, the surface may become hot. Shut it down immediately and unplug the charger. Resume operation after this device has cooled down.
  8. Always handle this device with care. Avoid touching the lens. Do not allow children to handle the device without supervision.
  9. Never place heavy or sharp objects on this device.
  10. To avoid electric shock the device.
  11. Use attachments or accessories specified by the manufacturer only.
  12. Avoid extreme vibration as it may damage the internal components.

NOTICE

  1. Please use the power cable with caution to avoid unduly bending. A damaged power cable may cause an electric shock.
  2. Please use the projector with caution to avoid dropping or shocking, which may damage the internal components.
  3. Please use the same power voltage as marked on the projector.
  4. Please use the projector in a dark room for the best results.
  5. Please do not disassemble the projector by yourself, otherwise the warranty will be void.
  6. Please turn off and unplug the power supply if not using the projector for a long time.

Tips:

  1. Blurry Image
    • Go to setting – Display – Turn on the Auto Four-Corners Correction or enter Manual Keystone to adjust the image.
    • Press the focus button on the remote control to get the best clarity.
    • Slightly swing the angle of the machine to autofocus.
    • Go to setting – Display – Auto Focus to enable autofocus.
  2. Mounting Hole
    Adopting a single mounting hole dual-use design, the projector is compatible with the standard camera tripod and 1/4 inch screw projector tripod stand.

REMOTE CONTROL

Bluetooth remote control paired steps:

  1. turn on settings-Bluetooth-turn on Bluetooth switch
  2. hold down the left and right keys do not let go, indicator lights start flashing, Bluetooth radio open
  3. Bluetooth options will automatically search for “Voice assistant” and click on the connection, and the connection will be successful after the promptSALANGE-K2-Smart-Projector-FIG-5

Attention:

  1. Do not submerge the remote control in the water.
  2. Do not put the remote control near a fire or in wet or hot places.
  3. Do not use old and new batteries together in the remote control.
  4. Please take the batteries out if not using the remote control for a long time to avoid battery leakage.
  5. Please point the remote control toward the IR receiver.
  6. Please use the remote control within a 6-meter distance and a 30-degree angle.

NETWORK SETTING

Setting – Network – Wifi Enable > Turn on Wifi Enable. Choose the network and type the password that you want to connect to.

BLUETOOTH SETTING

Setting – Bluetooth- Bluetooth Enable > Select Refresh to search and pair the device that you want to connect to.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

Setting – General – Bluetooth Spteaker> Enable Bluetooth mode and Bluetooth function on the mobile phone, select
Bluetooth_spteaker_K2 on mobile phone Bluetooth device list to pair.
Disconnection: Click the Return button on the projector to return, and select Setting – Bluetooth – Bluetooth-Spterker Disconnect on your mobile phone.

INPUT SIGNAL

Setting – Input Signal > Choose HDMI or USB Signal.

DISPLAY SETTING

Setting – Display > Set the keystone correction, smart recognition, autofocus, screen scaling, and projection mode.

MANUAL KEYSTONE

Setting – Display – Manual Keystone > Adjust the projection area of four angles by pressing the direction key on the remote control.

SCREEN SCALING

  • Setting-Display-Screen Scaling> Support to adjust the aspect ratio according to your application see na rio.

PROJECTION MODE

Setting – Display – Projection Mode > Select a different mode according to your application scenario. There are four modes available < Front Projection, Rear Front Projection, Front Ceiling Projection, Rear Ceiling Projection>.

SYSTEM SETTING

Setting – System> Set the system information, language, input method, date & time, developer mode, system upgrade, and factory reset.

FILE MANAGEMENT

Insert the U disk, the content of the U disk could be read from the file manager, such as video, audio, picture, etc.

SCREEN MIRRORING

AIRPIN

  1. Make sure your iPhone and the projector are connecting with the same network.
  2. Open Control Center and click Screen Mirroring on your phone.
  3. Select the projector you are searching for as ATV and click Connect. Wireless screen transfer is now available.SALANGE-K2-Smart-Projector-FIG-17

MIRACAST RECEIVER

  1. Make sure the Android Mobile/Pad and the projector are connecting with the same network.
  2. Enter MiracastReceiver and open the settings menu on your Android Mobile/Pad.
  3. Access your display settings or screen mirroring.

USB CONNECTION

  • Insert the USB flash/storage hard drive into the USB port, and the USB pop-up window will appear.
  • Choose the content that you need to play.
    • Video Play H.264/H.265/Vp9/MPEG1 / MPEG2 / MPEG4 / H.263 / XVID / VPB
    • Picture Play jpg/png / bmp etc.
    • Audio Play MP3/ OGG/ FLAC / APE etc

Charge the battery

  1. When the projector runs out of battery, please plug in the power adapter or plug in the adapter to use
  2. When the projector is plugged in, the red light indicates that it is charging. When the red light turns green, it is fully charged.
  3. When the projector is not in use for a long time and the battery is not on, it should be recharged for 10 minutes while the machine is off to activate the battery
  4. Battery status home page will be displayed in the upper right corner, full power 4 grid when the projector is charged
    Note: When you buy a battery-free projector, the plug-in light will always be green and the home page will not have a charging icon

HDMI CONNECTION

  • Use the HDMI port to connect computers and HDMI-compatible devices. Once connected, select the HDMI signal source.
  • The terms of HDMI and HDMI High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and the HDMI Logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. in the United States and other countries.

3.5mm audio connection
Use a 3.5mm audio jack to connect headphones and speaker equipment.

FAQ

  • [Audio] Why is the audio of the projector available but no display?

    • The video format is not supported by the projector.
    • Encryption applied to the videos or media player which holds the video.
    • If the lamp of the projector is o忏with only audio playing, the lamp is defective
    • Try another HDMI cable if you select the HDMI input source
      Try YouTube if your screen mirroring player is Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or Disney+. The problem will happen when playing these applications because of copyright.
  • [Mounting] What kind of screws do I need for mounting this projector?
    1/4 inch

  • [lmage] What can I do if the image is blurry?

    • Press the auto-focus button on the remote control
    • Place the projector on a flat surface horizontally or vertically. An inclination at any angle may result in blurry displays or uneven colors.
    • A darker environment suggested achieving the best projection performance
    • The eligible distance between the pre,」ector, and the projecting screen/wall is 1-2.5 meters.
    • Projecting wall or screen is clean white if possible.
  • [lmage] How can I do if the image is upside down?
    Enter Setting – Display – Pre,」ection Mode to rotate the image

  • [lmage] What can I do if the projection screen is not square or allied horizontally?

    • If the pre,」ection screen is not square, you could enter Setting – Display – Manual Keystone to adjust the image
    • Make sure the pre,」ector is placed on a flat surface with a projector light in the middle of the screen.
    • Make sure the pre,」ector screen is placed horizontally
  • [lmage] What can I do if there is color distortion?

    • Make sure the video source has a fine resolution.
    • Reset the projector to manufacturer setting: enter Setting-System – Factory Reset to reset.
  • [lmage] What can I do if there is a line/blurry screen in the projection picture?
    Please restart it to see if it can be solved. The line/blurry screen is caused by the motherboard or screen.

  • [Remote Control]How can I do when the remote is unresponsive?

    • Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and the power is enough.
    • Please make sure the IR receiver is not covered.
  • [Setting] How can I change the language?
    Enter Setting-System-Language to select your language

  • [Damage] What should I do if there is an expanding dark spot or smoke when using the projector?

    • Check if the fan noise increases or the fan stops working.
    • Make sure the outlet and projector power adapter are not wet or humid which will cause sparks or smoke on the outlet when powering on the projector,
  • [Shut Off] Why is the projector shut off during playing?

    • Make sure the power plug is working and firmly fitted into the outlet
    • Overheat the projector will activate the built-in power-off protection panel Restart the projector when it gets cooler,
