• Read this Instruction Manual carefully to use the product correctly and safely.
• After reading the manual, keep it at hand for ready reference.

Safety Precautions

*Take caution regarding the following points as they could cause the product to malfunction, fall over, fall down, break, deform, discolour, or suffer surface scratches or rusting, etc.

• This product is used with SUNSTAR’s QAIS-air-. Do not use this product for other than its intended purpose.
• Do not mount other than the QAIS-air- and do not place anything on top of the QAIS-.
• Be sure to follow the assembly method in the instruction manual to assemble the product. After assembly, make sure all bolts are tight and that the frame is firmly attached before using the product.
• Place the product on a level surface so that it does not rock or is otherwise unstable and locate it next to a wall.
• When removing the QAIS-air-, first, turn off the power, unplug the AC adapter, and place a hand on the top frame before removing the product.
• When moving this product, first, remove the QAIS-air- and then steady the frame and base with your hands.
• Regularly tighten the bolts and frame joints.
• When placing a pet potty pad directly on the base, make sure it stays in position.
• Do not tilt or strongly bump the product as that could cause the QAIS- to fall resulting in injury or damage.
• Do not place a pet on the QAIS air or on the stand frame.
• Make sure your pet does not scratch or chew the stand.
• Do not remove the back cushions on the base when using the product.
• The cushions might leave impressions in the floor depending on the floor material.
• Do not use in high-temperature areas, such as in direct sunlight or in direct contact with a flame.
• The warranty does not cover injury, accidents, or damage resulting from sudden unexpected actions of pets.
• SUNSTAR shall in no way be held responsible for accidents or damage resulting from a force majeure, such as a natural disaster, or from careless use, repair, or modification by the customer.
• Do not leave components or other accompanying items unattended as there is a risk of swallowing or suffocation by infants or pets.
• Do not stand or lean on the stand.

Caring for this Product

• If the product becomes wet or dirty from pet urine, etc., wipe it off well with a clean, dry cloth. Not doing so could cause the product to rust.
• Cleaning with chemicals, such as paint thinner or benzene, could damage the paint, so do not use such chemicals.

Assembly Method

• First move the cage, pet toilet, etc., out of the area and make sure no pets are present before beginning the installation work.
• Make sure there is sufficient space for assembly and take care to cover the floor and furniture to prevent scratches.
• Carefully assemble the product using two or more people to ensure safe assembly. (Estimated work time: 10 min)
• Do not block the air intake and the air outlet during operation.
• If the wall must be kept clean, hang a plastic sheet on the wall.

1. Tightly fasten the base to the bottom frame using the bottom frame nuts.
2. Securely fasten the two middle frames, upper frame, and lower frame using the stand bolts.
3. Use the included plate bolts and plate nuts to fasten the wall mounting plate to the QAIS- air- (sold separately). (4 locations)
