Product Usage Instructions

Charging the Neckband:

1. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the neckband and a 5V/1A USB power source.
2. The indicator light will be red during charging and turn off when fully charged.

Power On/Off:

1. To power on, touch and hold the TSA for 3 seconds until the LED flashes.
2. To power off, touch and hold the TSA for 3 seconds until the LED turns off.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device:

1. Ensure the neckband is on and in pairing mode (LED flashing).
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device, search for available devices, and select pTron BT to pair.

FAQ:

• What is covered in the warranty?
  The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product only when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose. No warranty is provided for product accessories.

• How to avail of warranty?

Important:
pTron ‘Tangent Play’ is set at 50% default volume. You can increase the volume through the or the connected device.

1. Charging the Neckbandi. Connect the provided USB type-C charging cable to the neckband charging port and connect the other end of the cable to a 5V/1A USB power source
2. Plug the USB connector of the cable into a USB 5V/1A power source.
3. The indicator light will be red while the neckband is getting charged. Depending on the power delivered to the charging case, the charging case will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to completely charge.
4. The indicator light will turn off when the neckband is fully charged.

Power on/Off

1. To power on: Touch and hold the TSA for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes.
2. To power off: Touch and hold the TSA for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Make sure the neckband is Turned on and in pairing mode (LED indicator flashing).
2. On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select “pTron BT” from the list of available devices to pair.
4. Once paired successfully, the LED indicator will stop flashing.

Using the Neckband

Music Playback

1. Play/Pause: Tap on TSA once.
2. Next Track: Tap on TSA two times
3. Previous Track: Tap on TSA three times

Taking Calls

• Answer: Tap on TSA once
• End Call: Tap on TSA two times
• Call reject: Touch on TSA and hold for 2 sec
• Voice Assistant: Touch on TSA and hold for 3 seconds to activate the default smart voice assistant. The respective voice assistant screen pops up on the connected and you may place your command.

Charging Status

• Battery Low: The LED indicator will flash red.
• Charging: The LED indicator will be solid red.
• Fully Charged: The LED indicator will constantly glow blue
• Pairing Mode: The LED indicator will blink red and blue

Safety Precautions

• Keep the device out of extreme heat and humidity.
• Play time may vary depending on personal habits,
• Using incompatible USB cables or high-voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product
• warranty. We strongly recommend using good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.
• Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
• Read all warnings on the product and in the operating instructions.
• It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume to protect hearing and extend the earbuds’ service life.
• Please don’t open/temper the product or the product’s battery.
• Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
• Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
• Dispose of the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
