Assembly Steps
- Prepare the parts from BOX 0 and BOX 1, including 4 Bottom Corners, 5 Center Ts, 1 Door Stop, 1 pair of Gloves, and 10 Snap-In Tubes.
- Lay out the Bottom Corners, Center Ts, Snap-In Tubes, and Door Stop on the ground to form the foundation.
- Put on your work gloves for safety.
- Connect the foundation parts by snapping in the tubes into the corresponding connectors.
- Choose the best location for the Beak Boutique, keeping in mind the direction of the doorway.
- Prepare parts from BOX 2 – Lower Wall and BOX 0 – Connections including 17 Snap-In Tubes, Doorway Lock, Doorway Hinge, 4 Corners, 2 Center Ts, and 4 Crosses.
- Insert the Hinge and Door Lock, ensuring the hinge connects to the left of the door lock and the lock faces right.
- Insert 8 Vertical Tubes into the foundation structure.
- Connect T to Hinge and Lock Tubes.
- Install the Corners to the vertical tubes.
- Install Crosses to reinforce the structure.
- Install 9 Horizontal Tubes to form the lower wall framework.
- Repeat the preparation and assembly steps for the Upper Wall with parts from BOX 3.
- Prepare and install the Door Stop Cross, Cross Connectors, Roof Crosses, and Corner Connectors with parts from BOX 0 and BOX 3.
- Install the Snap-In Tubes to complete the upper wall framework.
- Prepare the Roof components from BOX 4, including Snap-In Tubes, Beam Middle Tubes, Beam Edge Tubes, Side Beam Cross, Center Beam Cross, and Short Tubes.
- Connect the Front Beam, Back Beam, and Center Beam as shown in the diagrams.
- Insert Short Tubes, 3x Beams, and 2x Crossbeams into the roof structure.
- Prepare the roosting bars and support structure with parts from BOX 2.
- Connect the Center Post Base, Support Bar Bolt and Connector, and Roosting Bars, then install them into the middle roof beam.
- Attach the Bottom Door and Wall Panels using Zip Ties as detailed, ensuring the first row is complete.
- Proceed with attaching the Upper Door and Wall Panels, completing the second row.
- Attach the Flooring Panels to the bottom of the structure.
- Install the 4 “Bent” Panels and 4 Square Panels to the roof.
- Install the Triangle Mesh and Middle Mesh to the roof with Zip Ties.
- Trim the excess Zip Tie ends for a neat finish.
- Cover the roof with a Tarp, connecting it with Elastic Straps for weather protection.
- Connect the Door Latches and Bolts to secure the doors.
- Finalize the assembly, and your Beak Boutique is ready for chickens.
