Product Usage Instructions

Installation Precautions:
Before starting the installation process, make sure the power is off to prevent any issues with the airbag system. Read the instructions carefully for a quicker installation.

Steering Wheel Disassembly:
Pay attention to the hole position for disassembly as it varies for different steering wheel types.

Removing the Original Car Steering Wheel:

1. Prepare the disassembling tools: warping board, T20 screwdriver, adjustable wrench, H10 sleeve, flat-head screwdriver, T10 screwdriver.
2. Insert the complimentary special tool into the holes on the left and right sides of the steering wheel to open the airbag cover.
3. Lift the airbag up without removing the wiring harness.
4. Turn off the power on the machine interface.
5. Use the complimentary plug pulling professional tool to gently pull out the airbag plug and the roller key plug.
6. Unscrew the screw counterclockwise using the H10 sleeve and adjustable wrench while holding both sides of the steering wheel.
7. Remove the steering wheel by shaking it from side to side.
8. Pry open all 6 clip positions using a flat-head screwdriver.
9. Unscrew the four retaining screws with T20.
10. Pry off the middle trim of the steering wheel with the warping board.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Remove the original car steering wheel instructions

• disassembling tools: warping board, T20 screwdriver, adjustable wrench, H10 sleeve, flat-head screwdriver, T10 screwdriver, complimentary tool (right)

• Use the H10 sleeve and adjustable wrench to unscrew the screw counterclockwise (you can hold both sides of the steering wheel with your legs)
• Take out the steering wheel after shaking it from side to side

• Unscrew the four retaining screws with T20
• Pry off the middle trim of the steering wheel with the warping board
• Unplug the control box

Replace the control box installation instructions

• Remove the control box after unscrewing the 2 fixing screws with a T10 screwdriver
• Break the two latches
• Break the two clasps
• Open the two clasps on the electronic board
• Take the electronic board up (note the dowel pins)
• Install the removed original chip on the small control box
