DESIGN AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE

  • The unit is a box with filters of different filter classes installed in it.
  • The airflow direction is indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.
  • The unit casing is made of galvanized steel.
  • The filter box has connection flanges with rubber seals for a tight connection to the ducts.
  • The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The filter element is made of a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibres, fixed on a steel frame.

MOUNTING AND SET-UP

  • The design of filters for round air ducts allows the filter to be fixed with clamps in any position.
  • Rectangular duct filters are installed upstream of the heater and the fan in the direction of airflow.
  • Mounting is through a flange connection.
  • While installing the unit, ensure convenient access for subsequent maintenance and repair.
  • Fixing accessories are not included in the delivery set, to be purchased separately.
  • Fastening must be carried out by a service technician.
  • To get the best performance of the ventilation system and to minimize turbulence-induced air pressure losses, connect the straight air duct section to the spigots on both sides of the unit while installing.

Minimum straight air duct length:

  • equal to 1 air duct diameter on the intake side
  • equal to 3 air duct diameters on the outlet side
