this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly
maintained, give you years of trouble-free performance.

- WARNING! Familiarise yourself with the specific applications and limitations of the kit, as well as any potential hazards.
- This kit should be used in conjunction with inspection maintenance procedures recommended in the vehicle manufacturer’s manual.
- Ensure that the kit is correct for the task.
- Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment for the task. A full range is available from your Sealey stockist.
- DO NOT use the kit for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
- Ensure that the vehicle is properly supported with axle stands before working under the vehicle.
- Ensure there is adequate lighting prior to using the kit. A range of inspection lamps are available from your Sealey stockist.
- Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
- DO NOT use the kit if any parts are damaged or missing, as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.
- DO NOT use the kit when you are tired, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
- After use, store in a safe, dry childproof area.

Precautionary Statements have been omitted from the product label.

- Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. – No smoking.
- Keep the container tightly closed.
- Ground/bond container and receiving equipment.
- Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting equipment.
- Use only non-sparking tools.
- Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
- Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
- Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid release into the environment.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

- IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/take off immediately all contaminated clothing.

INTRODUCTION
Ideal for repairing punctures on tubeless tyres fitted to agricultural and
off-road vehicles. Can also be used as a temporary/emergency fix on cars and
commercial vehicles. Allows tyre to be repaired without removing the tyre from
the wheel.
Warning: Not to be used as a permanent repair for road vehicles.

OPERATION
- Remove object (causing puncture) from tyre if required.
- Fit collar onto insertion needle by using a hex key to undo grub screw, (see fig.1).
- Clean/widen puncture hole with a rasp.
- Fit strip in the middle of the insertion needle, with 50% protruding from each end.
- Cover the strip with glue.
- Push the strip most of the way through the tyre with the insertion needle, leaving 20mm of the strip sticking out.
- As you pull the insertion needle back out, use your other hand to push down the collar, so that the tool nips on the strip and the strip is pulled back out of the tyre.
- There will now be a loop and 2 ends protruding from the tyre, that need to be cut off.
- Clean items in the kit and remove the protector from the insertion needle. Store kit in a safe, childproof location.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.

Warranty
The guarantee is 12 months from the purchase date, proof of which is required for any claim.
