Introducción
Thank you for choosing the COCOMM F360 cordless phone. This phone is designed
for use with GSM 900/1800MHz WCDMA 900/2100MHz LTE 1/3/7/8/20/28/38 networks.
For its operation it requires a valid SIM card from your network operator.
Please consult your network operator for more information.
Security instructions Please read the following instructions carefully before
you start using your COCOMM F360 smartphone:
· Please keep this user manual for future reference.
· Keep the phone away from moisture.
· Place the phone on a stable surface before starting it up.
· If the device has been exposed to moisture, has been dropped or damaged, or
has obvious signs of breakage, have it checked by a qualified service
technician.

Precautions for use
Operating environment Your F360 phone is an RF transmitter, so please turn off
your handset or disable the radio functions in the following situations:
· When you are on a plane. · When located in the vicinity of flammable
atmospheres and
indicated by the entity responsible for risk management.
· When found in the vicinity of electro-explosive devices and indicated by the
entity responsible for risk management.
Respect the special regulations in force in the area where you are and always
turn off your phone when its use is prohibited, or if it could cause danger.
When connecting your phone or any accessory to another device, read the user
manual for detailed safety instructions. Do not connect incompatible products.
It is recommended that the equipment should only be used in the normal
position for its correct operation and for the safety of personnel. Do not
expose the equipment to temperatures below -10° or above 50° Celsius.
Medical equipments Be sure to turn off your phone in areas near electronic
medical equipment that obviously requires the phone to be turned off (such as
pacemakers, hearing aids, etc.).
Most medical devices can be shielded from the phone’s RF signal, but others
cannot. If you have any questions, or need more information, consult your
doctor or the medical device manufacturer.
Pacemaker Pacemaker manufacturers warn that the distance between the

phone and the heart pacemaker must be at least 6 inches (15.3 cm), otherwise
the phone may interfere with the pacemaker.
People with pacemakers should keep the following in mind: · Always keep a
distance (at least 6 inches) between the phone and the pacemaker, when the
phone is turned on. · Do not carry the phone close to your chest. · Use the
phone on the ear that is furthest from the pacemaker..
Please turn off your phone if you feel there is interference, and consult your
doctor as soon as possible.
Emergency calls This phone, like any mobile phone, works with radio signals that cannot guarantee connection in all conditions. Therefore, you should never rely solely on a mobile phone for important communications, such as medical emergencies. To make or receive calls, your phone must be turned on and in a service area with adequate signal strength. To make an emergency call, enter the local emergency number in standby mode and press the call button.
Care and maintenance Your phone is a designer product and should be treated
with care. The following suggestions will allow you to enjoy this product for
a longer period of time:
· Keep the phone away from children and pets. They could accidentally damage
the phone or choke on small parts.
· Keep the phone dry and avoid liquids that may corrode the phone. Do not use
the phone with wet hands, which may cause electric shock.

· Do not place the phone in areas of excessive heat, which may shorten the
life of electronic devices, damage batteries, or melt accessories.
· Do not place the phone in cold places. When the phone warms to its normal
operating temperature, moisture can accumulate inside the phone, which can

· Do not place the phone in areas exposed to sunlight as this may cause it to
overheat.
· Do not place the phone near flammable liquids, gases or explosive
substances.
· Do not drop or hit the phone. Rough handling can damage electronic circuits.
· To clean your phone, use a damp or anti-static cloth. Do not use a dry or
static cloth.
· Do not use chemicals such as cleaning solvents to clean the surface. Turn
off your phone before cleaning it.
· Do not apply paint to the phone as it may prevent proper operation.
· The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover repair of the device if the phone
or battery becomes wet, or the label on the phone is damaged, even if the
phone warranty has not expired.
Battery usage · Under no circumstances use the charger or battery if they are
damaged. Please use the battery correctly.
· Do not short circuit the battery, as this may damage the battery or cause a
fire.
· Do not subject the battery to high temperatures or fire, as it may explode.
· Return the spent battery to the dealer, or place it at designated recycling
locations.

· Do not dispose of the battery in household waste.
· The battery charging time depends on the remaining charge, the type of
battery and the charger used.
· The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but its life
will gradually decrease.
· When the operation time is noticeably shorter than normal, replace the
battery with a new one.
· Use only original chargers and batteries and accessories approved by the
manufacturer.
· Unplug the charger from the electrical outlet and from the device when the
phone is not in use.
· Do not overcharge your battery as this could damage it or shorten its life.
· Do not expose the battery to extremely hot or cold temperatures as this will
reduce the battery’s capacity.
· Li-ion batteries are especially affected by temperatures below 0º Celsius.

Installation
Follow the steps described below to install your SIM card and the different
accessories of your COCOMM F360 phone:
1. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery compartment cover on
the back of the device to install the SIM card and micro-SD memory card. To
install the cards, slide the metal tabs to the left to unlock, flip up, and
place the card in the direction shown in the illustration. Lower the metal tab
and slide it to the right to lock it.

2. Insert the battery into its compartment, making sure the connector electrodes on the terminal match the slots on the top of the battery, as shown in the image. Replace the battery compartment cover, checking that it is perfectly secured in place.

3. Close the battery compartment cover using the supplied screw and allen key, and use the QC PASS adhesive to cover the screw hole.

4. Plug the curly handset cord into the telephone base. Connect one end of the cable to the connector on the left side of the telephone base. Plug the other end of the curly cable into the headphone jack as shown in the illustration.

5. Connect the power supply cable to the connector on the side of the phone, and then plug the power supply into a household AC outlet. The battery level will be indicated on the screen while the battery charging process is completed.
Battery charge When the battery level is low, there will be a warning tone, a
low battery message, and the battery icon will be displayed in red. Plug the
power adapter into the device to start charging. The display will indicate the
battery level during charging mode and once fully charged, the battery icon
will appear full. Charging a completely discharged battery can take 2 to 3

Hang up & Power on/off [ ] When the handset is off, press for 4 seconds to
turn on the phone. When the handset is on, press for 4 seconds to turn off the
phone. During an active call, press to end the call. When you access the menu,
press to return to standby mode.

When the terminal is off, press [ ] for 3 seconds to turn on the phone. The
first time a SIM card is inserted, the terminal will request the PIN code.
Hold pressing the key [ ] for 3 seconds and enter the unlock password to enter
the setup mode of your COCOMM F360. The default terminal password is 2580.

Basic operation
Turn on/off the terminal Press the key [ ] for 3 seconds to turn on the
terminal. The first time a SIM is inserted into the terminal, it will request
the PIN code. From

there, it will not be necessary to enter the PIN code again, unless the SIM
card is removed and a different card is inserted. To turn off the terminal,
press the key [ ] for 3 seconds.
Access the configuration menu Press the key [ ] for 2 seconds to enter setup
mode. Enter the password using the alphanumeric keyboard and press [ ] to
confirm. In this mode you can configure the terminal based on the user’s
needs, as well as check the signal reception capacity and battery status.
Press the key [ ] to access the main menu and use the arrow keys. [ ] [ ] to
scroll through the different options. Press [ ] to access submenus or select
the desired option, or press [ ] to return to the previous menu.
Adjust call volume
The call volume can be adjusted only during the call. The terminal has
nine volume levels and silent mode. Use the keys [
] [
]
to increase or decrease the call volume respectively.
Low Battery Identification/Notification Connect the power supply when the
terminal displays the “Battery
low” message on the screen. You can view the battery charge level within the
terminal configuration mode.

Call features
Make/Answer a call Enter a phone number using the alphanumeric keypad and press the key [ ] to end the call. To answer an incoming call, lift the handset or press the key [ ] to answer in hands-free mode. To reject an incoming call, press the key [ ].
Edit a number Use the keys [ ] [ ] to move the cursor left and right when entering a number. Press the right selection key [ ] to delete the number at the position before the cursor, or press and hold the right selection key [ ] for 2 seconds to delete the entire number.
Speed Dial
In standby mode, press one of the memory keys [
], or press
and hold a key on the numeric keypad [
] to use speed dial.
The call will start automatically. Make sure speed dial keys are preconfigured.)
Call to voicemail Pick up the handset and press and hold the key [ 1 ] to make a call to voicemail.

Setting
Press the left selection key [ ] for 2 seconds and enter the password to enter
setup mode. The default password of the terminal is 2580.
Within the configuration mode you can access the Settings, Clock and Bluetooth
menus. Use the keys [ ] [ ] to scroll through the different options and press
[ ] to access submenus or select the desired option, or press the right
selection key to return to the previous menu.
Within the Settings settings, you can access the following functions:
Settings > Calls · Call forwarding: Activate and deactivate incoming calls to
other numbers or users that you assign. · Call waiting: Activate or deactivate
the call waiting service. This option allows you to be notified of an incoming
call while you have a call in progress and to switch between the two calls.
This feature must be supported by your network operator. Please contact your
operator for more information. · Restricted call: Configure incoming and
outgoing call restrictions. This feature must be supported by your network
operator. Please contact your network operator for more information. · Notice
per minute: Activate or deactivate the alert notification 10 seconds before
the next minute during a call. · Autodial delay: Select the waiting time for
the autodial function. With this function, your phone will automatically make
the call to the number entered after the selected waiting time. · Autodial:
Activate or deactivate the auto call function. If your call has failed during
your connection, your phone will automatically redial for 10 times.

· Fixed dialing: This feature allows you to restrict outgoing calls to a
specific list of phone numbers. It is necessary that the SIM card supports
this function, and requires entering the PIN2 code. Please contact your
operator for more information
· Direct arcing: Activate this feature to have the phone automatically call
the specified number when you pick up the handset.
Settings > Phone
· Language: Selection of the default language of your terminal. You can select
between Spanish, Galician, Catalan, Basque, Portuguese and English.
· Restore all: Enter the handset lock code to restore the phone’s initial
settings.
· Blocking: This feature allows you to activate or deactivate the lock in
phone settings mode, as well as change the unlock code. By default, the lock
code is 2580.

· Brightness: Selecting the screen brightness level.

Allows you to configure the screen backlight
illumination wait time between 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 seconds or always on, to keep
the backlight on permanently.
· Show name: This function allows you to enter the desired text, for example
the name of the companies, to be displayed on the main screen.
Settings > Network settings This option allows you to define the connection of
your phone to the mobile network::
· APN: Allows you to add, edit, delete or select an APN.

· Roaming: Allows you to connect to a different network from your operator.
· Network selection: Allows the possibility of automatically or manually
configuring the search for a network connection.
· Network type: Allows you to select your network connection between Automatic
2G/3G/4G or only 2G.
Settings > Voicemail This option allows you to edit your voicemail settings.
Please contact your network operator for more information.
To call voicemail, press and hold the key [ 1 ] with the terminal in standby
mode.
Settings > Profiles This option allows you to select the terminal’s audio
profile between Normal mode and Silent mode.
Settings > Speed dial
This function allows you to configure the 4 keys [
] as well as
the buttons on the numeric keypad [ 2…9 ] terminal speed dial.
Use the arrow keys to select one of the speed dial memories [ ] [ 2…9 ] and
press the key [ ] to access and edit its content.
Press the left selection key [ ] to access SIM Card Phonebook and search for
the contact you want to add to the selected speed dial key, or use the
alphanumeric keypad to enter the contact number and press the key [ ] to
confirm.
Within the Clock settings you can access the following functions: Clock > Time Allows you to adjust the terminal time

Clock > Date Allows you to adjust the terminal date.
Clock > Format Allows you to adjust the format in which the terminal shows the
time on the screen.
Clock > Date format Allows you to adjust the format in which the terminal
displays the date on the screen.
Clock > Alarm Allows you to set up to 3 alarms on the terminal. Use the arrow
keys [ ] [ ] to select one of the alarms and press the left selection key [ ]
to activate or deactivate, or press [ ] to edit your content.
Within the Bluetooth® settings you can access the following functions:
Bluetooth > Start/Close Bluetooth This function allows you to activate or
deactivate Bluetooth. To do this, press the key [ ].
Bluetooth > Bluetooth Visibility This option allows you to activate or
deactivate the Bluetooth display for other devices. To do this, press the key
[ ].
Bluetooth > Paired devices This option allows you to pair an external device
to the terminal.
· Add new device: Select this option by pressing the key [ ] or the left
selection key [ ]. Once the device is detected, select it using the arrow keys
[ ] [ ] and press [ ] or the left selection key [ ] .

· Device: This option will only appear when there is a device linked to the
terminal. Press the key [ ] to unlink it.
Bluetooth > My Bluetooth name This option allows you to rename the device.
Bluetooth > Bluetooth Storage This option allows you to select the Bluetooth
storage mode. In the options you can choose between Micro SD or, by default,
Telephone. To select one of them, use the arrow keys[ ] [ ] and press [ ] .

Troubleshooting
The phone cannot turn on · Be sure to hold down the key [ ] for more than 3
seconds. · Make sure the battery is securely connected to your phone. · Remove
the battery, reinstall it and restart your phone. · If the battery is dead,
recharge it.
The phone requests PIN code The PIN lock function is activated. Every time you
turn on your phone, the PIN must be entered (if you are using your phone for
the first time, you must enter the PIN code provided with the SIM card).

The phone requests PUK The PIN code has been entered incorrectly three times,
and the SIM card is now locked. Enter the PUK code provided by your network
operator.
Cannot access setup mode To access configuration mode you must press and hold
the left selection key [ ] for 2 seconds and enter the correct password. The
default terminal password is 2580.
SIM card error · Clean the metal contacts of the SIM card with a clean cloth
(do not use a solvent). · The SIM card is not inserted correctly. Insert the
SIM card according to the image on the computer. · The SIM card is damaged,
contact your network provider.
Network failure You may be located in a weak signal area, move to a place with
a stronger signal.
You are out of network service coverage The SIM card is invalid, contact your
network provider.
You have entered a number but the call is not made · Make sure you have
pressed the key correctly.. · Review call restriction options. Check that it
is disabled for the contact number. · Check that the fixed dialing setting is
disabled.. · Check that the SIM card is within network coverage. · Your
network operator may be experiencing connection problems.

Call quality is poor · Check the volume. · You are in a weak signal area, such
as near tall buildings or in a basement. Move to a location with better signal
strength. · Your network operator may be experiencing connection problems.
Your caller cannot reach you · Make sure your phone is turned on and connected
to a network. · Make sure the SIM card is not locked. · Check that the SIM
card is within network coverage. · Check that you have not set incoming call
restriction.
Your interlocutor cannot hear you · Increase the earphone volume · Check that
the headset cable is securely connected to the phone.
Standby battery life is too short Standby battery life is related to network
settings. You may be in a weak signal area. If the phone cannot receive
signals, it will continue to send a paging signal to the network and consume
additional power, which shortens the standby time.
The battery needs to be changed · If the battery is not charged properly. ·
Check that the power cord is connected to the unit to charge the battery
efficiently.. · Clean the phone and battery charging contacts with a clean,
dry cloth. · Replace the battery or charger if it appears damaged.

SAR certification information This mobile device complies with guidelines
regarding exposure to radio waves.
It is a low power radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed
the limits for exposure to radio waves as recommended by international
guidelines. These guidelines were established by the International Commission
on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is an independent
scientific organization, and include safety measures designed to ensure the
protection of people, regardless of their age or health status.
The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is the unit of measurement for the amount
of radium absorbed when using mobile devices. SAR tests are performed in
standard handling positions, with the phone transmitting at its highest
certified power level, however the actual SAR level of the phone in operation
is usually well below the maximum value. In general, the closer you are to a
base station, the lower the phone’s power.
SAR values may vary, depending on different phone models. To ensure the safety
and health of users, the phone is designed and manufactured to meet radio

carries the symbol for selective treatment of waste electrical and electronics
(WEEE). This means that this product must be treated following the European
Directive 2002/96/EC when it is recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact
on the environment. For more information, please consult your local or
regional authorities. Electronic products not included in the selective
treatment process are potentially dangerous for the environment and human
health, due to the presence of hazardous substances in them. The cost of
environmental management of electronic waste has been reflected in the final
price of the product, as legally established in the R.D. 208/2005.
