Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Take out the feeder from the packaging box.
2. Place the feeder in a suitable location.
3. Combine the food tray with the base of the feeder.

Connect the Power Supply

1. Plug the 5V/1A power adapter into the wall socket and connect it to the feeder.
2. Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder and install 3 pcs D size batteries (not necessary) to prevent power failure.
3. The LED light will turn on to indicate that the feeder is powered on.

Put Pet Food into Food Tank

1. Fill the food tank with dry pet food.
2. Close the lid and it will snap into place due to gravity.
3. Note : Do not place canned, wet, or moist food in the feeder.
   The recommended pet food size range is 3-10 mm.

Setting Time
Use the following buttons to set the time:

• AM PM – Select AM or PM
• M 123456 – Set the current time

Set Meal Time and Portions

1. After setting the current time, press the set button.
2. The display will flash the number of meals.
3. Press the plus + / minus – buttons to set 1-6 meals a day.

Feeding
After setting the number of meals:

1. The display will flash the current number of meals.
2. To set the feeding time:
   • Press the button, and the hour field of the time icon will flash.
   • Press the plus + / minus – buttons to set the hour.
   • Press the set button and the plus + / minus – buttons to set the minutes in the same step.
3. To set the feeding portion:
   • Press the button, and the number of portions will flash.
   • Press the plus + / minus – buttons to set the feeding portion.
   • If necessary, press the set button to repeat the above process for meals 2 to 6.

Cleaning and Maintenance
For the health of your pet, it is recommended to clean the feeder regularly. When it becomes dirty and there is a buildup of loose food in the food tank, you can remove the food tank for cleaning. Please use a soft damp cloth to clean the control panel and feeder base. Do not put the feeder in the dishwasher, as it may be permanently damaged!

Notice

1. Please purchase hard plastic protector from hardware store to protect plugs and power cord then prevent your pet from damaging the accessories.
2. The ambient temperature for normal operation of this feeder is between 0 ° C and 40 ° C. Do not place the feeder in a place that is exposed to sunlight or does not match the ambient temperature.
3. Please use alkaline Size D battery for power supply. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
4. Check the battery regularly. Please replace the battery before having a trip.
5. Do not lift the pet feeder directly with the cover, food bucket and food tray. Hold the base with both hands to lift and carry, while keeping the device in an upright position.
6. Only suitable for dry food with a diameter of 3-10 millimeters. Larger food may cause food jamming or blockage.

Display icon definition

• Prompt the current battery level: When powered by the power supply alone, the battery indicator does not display. When powered by the battery or dual-mode power supply, the battery shows the current remaining battery level.
• Unable to operate in locked state, long press the unlock button to open the lock then can operate
• Can set 6 meals, in the setting mode, the  button can switch the selected number of meals.
• Display the current time.
• Display the feeding portions.
• To switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour time format, press and hold the “ ” buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds within the first 30 seconds after powering on.

Button Description

• Manual feeding: Press once to manually feed 1 portion.
• Recording button: Long press for 3s until you hear “di” and start recording. The recording time does not exceed 10s, After you release your hand, you will hear “didi” to indicate that it has been saved.
• If you are not satisfied, you can repeat this step to replace the previous recording.
• Plus/Reset Button: This button can be set to switch numbers. and button also as a reset button. When the screen is locked, long press the button for 6s to reset the time and feeding setting.
• Minus/Unlock Button: This button can be set to switch numbers. and button also as a unlock button.When the screen is locked, the buttons cannot be operated. Long press the button for 3s to unlock.
• After unlocking, the settings can be operated.
• Setting Button: when enter the operation of setting button to setting.

Note: The screen will automatically lock after 30 seconds of idle time.
When the food accumulates and blocks the infrared sensor pathway at the food outlet, the red light will flash accompanied by a beeping alarm.

   • The LED light is turn on to indicate that the feeder is powered on.

Note:
The battery needs to be purchased by oneself.
Before turning on the power, make sure that all parts are clean and completely dry.

Put pet food into food tank

Fill the food tank with dry pet food. Close the lid and it will snap into place due to gravity.

Note:
Do not place canned, wet or moist food in the feeder. The recommended pet food size range is 3-10 mm.

Setting Time

• Press and hold minus button for 3s to unlock the screen.
• After pressing and holding the setting button for 3s, the time icon 0000 will flash the  hour setting.
• Press the plus + / minus butt- ons to scroll through the numbers to set the hour.
• Press the set button to move to the minute setting, and set the minute the same as the  hour setting step.

Note: During the setting process, you can quickly adjust the numerical value by pressing and +holding the ” or “buttons, eliminating the need for repetitive single-click actions.

Set meal time and portions
After the current time is set, press the set button , and the display will flash the number of meals. Press the plus buttons to set 1-6  a day.

Feeding

After setting the number of meals, the display will flash the current number of meals.
Eg:The number of meals flashes “3” means that 3 meals per day have been set.

Set the feeding time

•  Press the button, and the hour field of the time icon will flash.
• Press the plus buttons to set the hour.
• Press the set button and the plus buttons to set the minutes in same step.

Set the feeding portion

• Press the button, the number of portions will flash.
• Press the plus buttons to set feeding portion.
• If necessary, press the set button to repeat the above process for meals 2 to 6.

Feeding Recording

• Press and hold the button for 3s until you hear “di” and start recording. The recording time does not exceed 10s, after you release your hand, you will hear “didi” to indicate that it has been saved.
• You can press the button to review the voice just recorded.
• Repeat this process every time to replace your recording.

Note
It will play only when you press it when there is a recording.
When the feeding time is up, feeder will feed and play the recording same time.

Manual Feeding

While in the unlocked state, simply press the button once to dispense a single portion of food.

Note
The pre-set feeding schedule will not be affected.

Restore factory setting

In the locked mode, press hold button for 6s to reset settings (time, feed plan and portion per meal, not including the recording)

Error codes and solutions

• The food is jammed in the food tank.
  • Clean the food tank, resolve the food jam issue, and restart the feeder by power cycling it.
  • If the issue persists, please contact customer service for repairs.
• The food outlet is clogged.
  • Clear the food outlet and manually press the feed button to refeed.
  • Clean the infrared LED in the food outlet and manually press the feed button to refeed.
  • If the issue persists, please contact customer service for repairs.

Simple Troubleshooting

Question Answer

• Ｑ：I press any button but can not work.
  • Ａ：The screen will lock after 30 seconds of inactivity. To unlock the screen, please press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
• Ｑ：I forgot the specific content of the feeding plan
  • Ａ：Unlock the screen and press the setting button, you can see meals displayed (but not portion per meal).
• Ｑ：Can’t get food
  • Ａ：
  1. Make sure to put in dry food and the diameter of the food should be between 3-10mm.
  2. Check whether the battery power is low.
  3. Whether the power adapter is connected.
  4. Check if there is any food blockage or blockage. If there is any food blockage or blockage, first remove the food from the outlet to the food basin. If it is not resolved, please contact customer service.
• Ｑ：The display does not light up
  Ａ：

1. Without any operation within 30s, the screen is locked and dimmed. Please press and hold the minus button for 3s to unlock the screen.
2. Check whether the power adapter is connectedor the battery is installed.
3. When the device is connected to the power supply, the display still does not light up, please contact the seller to solve it

• Ｑ：Cannot hear any recordings while feeding
  Ａ：

1. Please ensure that you have successfully recorded – unlock the screen and press the recording button to check if it has not been recorded. If you do not hear any sound, you may need to record it again.
2. It is possible that during recording, the recording sound may be lower due to being far from the feeder. In this case, try to approach the recording button for recording.
