Product Usage Instructions

Connecting the KVM Switch

1. Connect the DisplayPort and HDMI cables from your computers to the corresponding input ports on the KVM switch.
2. Connect your monitors to the output ports on the KVM switch using the appropriate cables.
3. Connect your keyboard and mouse to the USB ports on the KVM switch.
4. Power on the KVM switch using the wired remote or the power button.

Switching Between Computers

Technical Q&A

1. Q. What kind of PC hosts are needed?
   • A. Three PC hosts are required, both of which need to support triple Displayport (1HDMI and 2 DP) outputs.
   • As shown in Figure ①.
2. Q: What if one of the computer hosts with a DP interface and a MINI DP interface?
   • A: For the DP interface, directly connected to the KVM switch with a DP cable.
   • For the MINI DP interface need to use a “MINI DP to DP Cable” to connect to the KVM switch and computer.
   • As shown in Figure ②:
3. Q: The laptop has three USB-C outputs, can I use it?
   • A: Yes, but we will need two separate USB-C to DP cables and one separate USB-C to HDMI Cable or USB-C docking station with 2*DP and HDMI ports.
4. Q: Is it possible to use my laptop with only USB-C output (no DP)?
   • A: Not recommended; if you have to use it, you need to purchase an “MST docking” which can support dual Ports DP and HDMI output.

Tip

1. If using the MST multi-screen docking station, the computer CPU requires support for the 11th generation; Docking station resolution of 4k@30Hz or 1080p@60Hz when dual-screen display
2. (Apple M1/M2 only supports one external screen, not multi-screen output);
3. When the computer only plugs in one input, it can only support single screen display;
4. When outputting from Input A1/A2, it can only output from Output A; similarly when outputting from Input B1/B2, it can only output from Output B;
5. When inputting from the DP port, only the DP display can be output from the DP port, and when inputting from the HDMI port, only the HDMI display can be output from the HDMI port.
6. When using the MST Docking station Due to the resolution limitation of MST HUB, the resolution may vary when outputting three display

Warm tips.

1. If you need 4K and above resolution, please use a 4K or above DP port monitor.
2. The computer needs to support the output of two (2*DP and HDMI) sources by connecting the KVM switch to INPUT A /INPUT B and INPUT C respectively.
3. Connecting two USB cables to two computer hosts respectively to supply enough power for the KVM switch, and make the USB HUB function work at the same time;
4. If you use a 2.4G wireless keyboard and mouse, please plug the 2.4G receiver into the USB port on the front of the KVM; if you use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, you need a Bluetooth receiver connected to the KVM.
5. To get a good user experience, it is recommended to use three monitors with the same resolution.
6. When computers work with 4K@60Hz resolution, please use a power adapter to connect the DC power port of the KVM switch.

1. Triple monitors which support audio output are required;
2. If the audio port of the monitor is a 3.5mm interface, an active audio system needs to be added; Take Windows 11 as an example.
