Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for purchasing the MoMi WEENDY scooter. We hope that the purchased product meets your expectations.
In the interest of children’s safety, please read the operating instructions carefully and follow its recommendations in order to use the product safely. The person performing the assembly must be an adult who will use all the components of the product in accordance with the instructions for use and their  intended use in order to prevent injuries to the child.

IMPORTANT:

Remember to remove and throw away all the packaging elements that were attached to the product, so that they do not remain within the reach of a child (e.g. cardboard elements, plastic films, etc.). This could cause a risk of harm, e.g. choking on the child, suffocation for the child. We recommend that you keep this manual for future reference, to read, if necessary, what to do in the event of an emergency or for proper maintenance.

SAFETY NOTES AND PRECAUTIONS

WARNING:

  • Never leave your child unattended

  • To avoid injuries, make sure that the child is away from the place of folding or unfolding the product.

  • Do not use in traffic.

  • The product is intended for a child over 3 years old with a maximum weight of 25 kg.

  • To be used only under the direct supervision of an adult.

  • When using the product, make sure that your child has the necessary skills to use the product safely

  • The scooter must be used with caution as it requires appropriate skills to avoid falling, injuring or injuring the user or third parties.

  • The need to use protective equipment (helmets, gloves, knee and elbow pads).

  • Before use, make sure that all components are properly attached and that all locking mechanisms are engaged

  • Do not use the scooter if any part is damaged or missing.

  • Do not use accessories or spare parts other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

  • The scooter is intended for one person, it should not be used by more than one child at the same time.

  • Use the scooter only on a flat surface, away from stairs, water reservoirs, fire sources, traffic and other obstacles.

  • Always make sure that all parts fit together as indicated in the manual.

  • Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself. Only qualified service personnel are authorized to do so.

  • Regularly check the technical condition of the product, whether there are any damaged elements, and the condition of mounting bolts, nuts, etc.

  • If you discover that the product is damaged or any part is missing, immediately stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children until the product is repaired.

  • Do not use the product in any way other than that stated in the instructions.

  • It is forbidden to use the product in traffic, to drag the product behind a car or any other vehicle, or in places posing a threat to the life and health of the child and its associates.

  • Do not use the product on wet surfaces, slippery surfaces, sandpaper, gravel, uneven surfaces etc. that may affect the child’s balance

  • Do not use the product during the so-called Unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain, fog or other visibility restrictions

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

The product is installed by inserting the steering rod into the appropriate hole in the scooter deck. Insert the steering rod into the platform until you hear a characteristic „click” – it means that the steering wheel has been properly installed. Pull the handlebar up while holding the platform with your foot to make sure that the product is correctly assembled.

STEERING

The child steers the scooter by balancing the body. Twisting the scooter is done by tilting the steering rod to the right or left. The steering rod should not turn.

BRAKING

The rear wheel fender is fitted with a brake. To start braking, press the fender.

Note: Pressing the brake with your full body weight while the scooter is accelerating may lead to a sudden stop, thus losing balance and harming your health.

CONTROL

In order to adjust the height of the steering wheel, loosen the clamp and tilt the clamp located on its rod. Then press the locking button inside the stick, hold it with your finger and pull the steering wheel down or up as needed, release the locking button until it appears in the hole in the steering stick. Then tighten the clamp and fasten the clamp.

Attention: Once the handlebar is at the correct height, make sure the locking button extends beyond the handlebar rod, and that the clamp is tight and there is no slack.
