turn the unit on and or off, press the circular power button located on the rear panel. This will be illuminated when the unit is on. 1.2 Screen Tilting
Place the unit in the correct position & ensure that all the castors are in the locked position.
Stand behind the unit and push the screen away from you while pulling out the plunger located on the left hand side. Tilt the screen to the desired angle and release the plunger. The screen may require tilting slightly until it locates in one of the pre-determined locations holes.     1.3 Screen Rotation
    Place the unit in the correct position & ensure that all the castors are in the locked position.
    The screen can be rotated clockwise from landscape to portrait. This is achieved by holding the top right corner of the surround and pulling down towards the floor. Make sure the screen is rotated fully through 90° until it engages in its rotated position. The image on the screen will rotate automatically to suit the screen rotation.
    To return to the landscape position, repeat this operation in reverse.CLH

1.4 Charging
The unit is fitted with an internal 12v Lithium Battery which should only be charged with the supplied charge lead. This is fitted with a small 4 pin ‘aviation connector’ which should be plugged into the charge port located on the lower right hand side panel. The other end of the charge lead is fitted with a standard UK mains plug.
The red LED on the charger will turn green once charged.
( Note : The charger will get warn whilst charging, this is normal) The battery should be fully charged in around 3 hours.
Once fully charged the charge lead can be removed from the socket.
One full charge will allow the unit to run for approximately 7 hours before re charging.
To check the capacity of the battery, press the fuel cell indicator to give an estimate of remaining charge. This indicator will turn off after a few seconds. 2.1 Wi-Fi
To activate Wi-Fi press the ‘Settings’ icon Then press the ‘Network & internet’ iconCLH Interactive Touch Screen Tablet -

fig7In the list of possible Wi-Fi connections choose your router name.
This will prompt you to enter your Wi-Fi password. NB. WIFI should only be switched on when downloading apps or using the internet under supervision, when using apps the WIFI should be turned off as this can interrupt the program and also allow inappropriate pop up’s to appear.
3.1 Installing Apps
The unit comes with some Apps pre-installedCLH Interactive Touch Screen
Tablet - fig9Apps can be downloaded via Play Store. The procedure for installing/uninstalling apps is the same for each.
Press the Google Play Store icon Choose an app that you wish to download and select ‘Download’, this should take only a few minutes depending on the internet connection. You will then be asked if you wish to ‘Install’, select this option. Once the app has installed you then will be given 2 options ‘Done’ or ‘Open’ either can be selected, the installed app will not be shown on the front page of the tablet but will be shown on the back page where all the installed apps are displayed.
If you wish the installed app to be shown on the front page of the tablet, select the app and hold your finger on it. Keep your finger pressed on the app and the front screen will then be shown, release your finger and the app will then appear on the front and back page.
NB. If you wish to download an app from Playstore then you will need a Google account.

3.2 UninstallIng Apes
If you wish to remove an app from the front page only, hold your finger on the selected app icon, 2 new icon’s will then appear at the top of the screen.
A ‘Bin’ option, this will remove the app only from the front page.
An ‘Uninstall’ option, if you select this a second prompt will be shown asking ‘Do you wish to uninstall this app’ if you agree then the app will be uninstalled from both the front/back page of the screen.
If you have an app which is shown on the back page and not the front which you wish to uninstall, press and hold the app Icon until the front page Is shown then drag your finger over to the ‘Uninstall’ option, again you will be prompted.
33 Grouping Installed Apps
You can group apps on the front page to make tiles for certain topics, you can do this by: Pressing and holding the first app you wish to group then by dragging it over the top of another app and releasing your finger the apps will group into a file. When you select the The all apps in the group will be listed and you will be able to select the one you wish to access. To ungroup an app just reverse the above procedure.
3.4 Moving Apps
Apps may be either moved around a single screen page or moved onto another depending on how you wish to display your installed apps. Again this can be done by selecting the Icon and dragging it to where you wish it to be displayed.
NB. Some apps may affect the volume settings once shutdown, if the volume on the unit is suddenly lust check the above settings. If additional volume is required then we suggest a blue tooth speaker be acquired.
4.1 Safe Working Procedure
When positioning the unit ensure mat the casters located on the aottom of the unit are in the locked position.
Ensure that liquids/ food stuff and other materials that may harm the unit are kept at a safe distance as this is an electrical appliance.
Ensure that the plunger on the pivot arm is fully inserted and Is in the locked position before operating.
Ensure an casters located on the base unit are all released before moving.
Ensure all casters located on the base of the unit are in the locked position before onerating.
When moving the unit to another location ensure the correct manual handling techniques are being performed.
When relocating the unit ensure that there is adequate access and no trip hazards are evident.
Do not move over uneven surfaces.
Do not tilt the unit as this may cause an injury.
Do not lift the unit.
Do not touch any of the electrical connections.
Only certified technicians should work on electrical appliances.

Intended for use on even surfaces only.
This is not a toy and to be used under the supervision of a competent person. (Competent person being a person that has received the relevant training & understands all aspects of the units operation.
When the unit is in the horizontal position do not stand on or use as a table.
N.B The competent person/supervisor has an obligation to conduct their own Risk Assessment/Statement/Safe Working Procedure and this document is intended for guidance only.
4.2 Health & Safety

Can cause muscle strain or back Injury. Use lifting aids and proper llfllng techniques when moving.

4.3 Safety Precautions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

Power Supply.
Ensure that the correct mains adaptor is used when supplying power to the unit.
Connections.
Ensure that there is sufficient WI-Fl signal being received by the unit otherwise there may be operational issues.
Location.
Do not expose the unit to the following conditions to avoid deformation, discoloration, or more serious damage;
Direct sunlight
Water/liquids
Extreme temperature or humidity
Excessive dusty or dirty location
Strong vibrations or shocks
Interference with other electrical devices.
Warning : This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio interference in which case
the user may be required to take adequate measures.
Cleaning.
Clean only with a damp soft cloth.
Do not use chemicals, solvents or cleaning fluids.
Any cleaning products are used at own risk.
Handling.
Do not apply excessive force to switches or controls.
Safety Information
Equipment meeting Class A requirements may not offer adequate protection to broadcast services within a residential environment.

If the equipment is used in a manner not specified then the protection given by the equipment may be impaired. Do not attempt to replace/repair any part of this unit as this may cause personal injury or damage the assembled components, please contact a qualified engineer.
5.1 Fault Finding/Problem Solving

Issue. Possible Solution.
No Screen Display Check tablet is switched ‘On’. Check the battery is charged
No Volume Go to setting’s app. and select ‘Sound & notifications’ check that

this is set to the correct level.
Touch/Apps not working correctly.| Ensure that the ‘WIFI’ is switched ‘Off’ when apps are running, if not cookies/adverts will interfere with the app when running.
Check that all apps running in the background are removed, this can only be done by selecting the ‘Square’ icon on the tool bar and the either swiping them to the side or closing them down by pressing ‘X’
Tablet locked during booting up process| Turn unit ‘Off/On’.
Screen orientation is in the incorrect position, either on front page or when an app is running| Select the ‘Screen Orientation’ app and select ‘Landscape’.
Select the ‘Settings’ app then ‘Screen Orientation’ and tick the ‘Landscape’ options on ‘Front Page’ & ‘Second Page’.
Cannot use WIFI/Bluetooth devices| Check ‘WIFI’ is switched on in the settings app.
Check that the connecting devices are switched ‘On’, and check that the correct password has been given when setting up the device.
Cannot download apps from| the internet
Check ‘WIFI’ is switched on in the settings app.
Applications keep reacting strangely| Ensure all apps are closed down in the background as this will reduce operating capacity, use tool bar to complete this action.
