INTRODUCTION

This USB-C docking, with its multiple ports, allows you to connect a host PC to monitors or devices with HDMI, USB A, and USB-C ports., and also allows your host PC to get access to a fast network with its Gigabit Ethernet port. Besides, the SD/MMC and Micro SD card slot helps to access the external memory of the host PC and the USB-C female port can charge for the host computer.

IMPORTANT: MUST READ at least twice before use We always recommend you to plug in the power adapter of your laptop in to the USB C female port of our product. Show as below:

The hub may become very warm during normal use. Place the hub on a desk, table, or area in a well-ventilated location. Use common sense to avoid situations where your skin is in prolonged contact witha device when it’s operating. We recommend you always connect the Power Adapter of the laptop to the USB C Female Port

To use the Power Delivery function to power and charge a connected USB-C laptop, the host USB-C port from your device must support USB Power Delivery. (Does NOT work on Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 Devices such as HP, Asus Zenbook3, Asus Transformer 3 Pro, Samsung TabPro S). This USB-C 3.0 hub supports USB Power Delivery 2.0, so instead of carrying multiple cables and power adapters, you can use your laptop’s USB-C power adapter to power both your laptop and the hub. By using just a single power adapter instead of two, you can eliminate clutter and hassle when you work. Auto switching between Power Delivery Powered Mode and Bus-powered mode.

The Total Watts could NOT be higher than 7W if it’s Bus-powered mode (USB C Female Not connected to Power Supply).

USB Accessories Disabled Solutions
We always recommend you connect the power adapter of your laptop to the USB C female pass-through port of your hub. If you still experiencing the following problems:

Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices. Close

Note:

USB 3.0 interferes with 2.4GHz WiFi and other wireless devices due to similar frequencies. Some USB Devices may have connection problems or performance problems. According to Microsoft, the problem occurs only for the 2.4GHz wireless band, but not for 5GHz. Please change for other USB ports or change your WIFI to WIFT 5G. This is a result of protocol conflict, not a product problem.
When plugging in and out the PD Adapter, the connected USB devices will get disconnected flashily and then reconnect in a few seconds, so to prevent possible data loss or corruption, avoid disconnecting the PD Adapter from AC power while transferring data.
The current consumption of hard drives, especially mechanical hard drives, can be very high. Therefore, for a stable connection, please always connect the USB Type-C Female Power Delivery Port to the power adapter of your laptop when a hard drive is connected to the hub.
Do NOT connect high-powered devices without connecting pass-through power adapter.
For a stable connection, do not use this hub with multiple high-power devices. It supports one hard drive max.

For example:
The current required by hard drives, especially Mechanical Hard Drive(Hard Disk Drive, DVD), can be very high. Therefore, for a stable connection, please always connect the USB C Female Power Delivery Port to thepower adapter of your laptop when a hard drive is connected to the Devices.

Note:

Use HDMI 2.0 Cables for optimum performance.
To use the HDMI output port, the host USB-C port from your device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode.
Check HDMI cable quality before use.
All computers without Thunderbolt 3.0 will not support your HDMI port.
