its Network LED is green.
4. If you have more than one WVB at home, restart your Wireless Genie Mini by
pressing the RED button located on its side panel.
5. If none of these steps work, please call
1-800-531-5000.OnRedWireless connection
to the Wireless Video Bridge is poor1. Ensure that the Wireless Video Bridge

for it to re-establish connection with your Wireless Genie Mini.)
2. Ensure that the Wireless Video Bridge (WVB) is in a vertical position and
there are no obstructions (e.g. cabinets or TV).
3. If you moved the WVB, please move it back to its original position.
4. If you moved your Wireless Genie Mini, please move it to a location where
its Network LED is green.
5. Restart your Wireless Genie Mini by pressing the RED button on its side
panel. Please wait 3-5 minutes for it to reboot.
6. If none of these steps work, please call
1-800-531-5000.
