The battery is low, connect the charger.

  3. Use with the mobile lasts a short time
The battery is not fully charged, be sure to fully charge it (a minimum of 2 hours). If you use a SIM card but the signal is weak, you will spend more battery of the watch.

  4. The device does not charge
Check the condition of the battery, after some years of use the battery performance will decrease.
If the charger does not work properly, try replacing it with another USB cable and try again.

  5. When you receive a call, you can not see the caller’s name
When connected via Bluetooth, the contacts or the phonebook have not been transferred. Make sure all options are on, disconnect and reconnect to synchronize.

  6. Sound quality on call is low
It may be because the watch is too far from the phone, please approach them. Sometimes the Bluetooth signal is weak and with longer distances the sound quality decreases.
