3. Insert the power plug into the corresponding electric socket and make sure that the working voltage complies with supplying voltage.
OPERATION GUIDE AND REMARKS
- Set the slide switch to ‘AUTO’, and the machine will be in standby mode. Put the paper to be shredded vertically into the entry, the machine will start shredding automatically and return to standby mode after shredding.
- When jamming is caused by inserting too much paper, or if you want to withdraw the paper immediately when shredding, set the slide switch to “REV”. The machine does the reverse rotation for about 1 second and returns the paper that has not been shredded. Set the switch to “OFF” after the paper has been returned.
- To ensure your machine has a long use life and exerts good shredding function, please do not exceed the maximum sheets of paper that can be shredded each time.
- If the machine works continuously or spasmodically for a long time, it may pause when the temperature of the motor gets too hot. After resting for a period of time, it can work again; Duty cycle:2mins on, 40mins off.
- Please do not put clips, adhesive paper, adhesive tapes, or clothes into the paper entry in order to avoid damaging the blades or lowering the shredding performance;
- If you want to clean the wastebasket or the machine, or if the machine is not to be used for a long time, please cut off the electric power and unplug the machine from the mains socket.
SAFETY OPERATION GUIDE
- Before use, please read the introduction manual carefully;
- Keep ties, jewelry, hair, etc. away from the machine to ensure personal safety;
- Do not place the machine near heat sources or in humid environments for a long time;
- Please use the machine near the electric socket to unplug easily;
- When cleaning the machine or repairing the damaged plug, please unplug it from the electric socket first;
- The machine must be kept away from children and pets
- If the machine is not to be used for a long time, please cut off the electric power and unplug it.
- Do no shred cloth, plastic, metal, and paper with staples, clips, gummed or wet paper.
- Please cut off the power when you clean the machine. it is better to use a soft cloth with soft soap water or a cleanser. Do not let the liquor go inside of the machine. Do not use bleaching powder, gasoline, and thinner to wash the machine.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
