Instructions
Please read this user manual carefully before using this machine.
Very Important: Before using, please remove the 3 red bolts on the bottom of the powder filler.
Introduction
Not suitable for steel beads, cermatic beads, wet materials. Suitable for
filling Φ1.2–10mm dry and mobile materials, such as powder: flour, milk
powder, coffee powder, chemical powder and any other dry powders, also
designed for filling round tea(leaf-like tea is not suitable), grains, beans,
seeds, fruit, preserved fruit, spices, electronic components, diamond, small
hardware, plastic beads and so on.
How to make sure whether this machine is suitable for you?
Here are several questions, if all the answers of the following questions are
yes. This machine can serve you well. If you are not sure about it, please
feel free to contact us.
1. Is your material Dry (will not stick to the inner wall of the filling
machine)?
2. Is your material Mobile (not stick together and not hard to move)?
3. Is its diameter between Φ1.2–10mm?
Safety tips
DON’T s
1. Do not modify the machine by yourself. Except maintenance technicians,
other personnel shall not decompose or modify the machine to avoid fire,
electric shock, or accident.
2. Do not plug this machine to other voltage. Only AC voltage 110V is
acceptable. Otherwise it may cause huge damage to the machine.
3. Do not operate in the following ways: bend the power line obligatorily,
close the machine to high temperature, put very heavy loads on the machine,
etc.
4. Plugs need to be completely plugged into the socket to avoid fire,
electric shock or short circuit.
5. Do not use the damaged power cable or when it is wet.
6. Do not use wet hand to dial the plug.
7. In the process of work, it is prohibited to move or sway the filling
machine.
8. Do not allow children close to the machine. The machine should be placed
far from infants and young children to avoid accidents.
9. Do not put it in the place which is unstable, damp or near the source of
fire.
10. Do not dip the machine in the water.
Must :
After you use this machine for some time, in the plug there may collect some
dust, if so, please clean the plug.
Operating method
1. Before using, please remove the 3 red bolts on the bottom of the powder
filler. They are long screws that can reduce the rate of damage of inner parts
during transportation. But before using, they have to be removed.
2. Plug in the power, turn on the machine. The indicator light of the
computer control panel will be lit up. The machine enters the standby state
automatically.
3. Pour the filling materials into the hopper. Press “Minus” or “Plus” to set
the weight of filling. It will show on the first line of the LCD screen. (The
second line shows the real-time weight of each filling and the third line
shows the pack number it fills.)
4. After weight is set, please set the filling speed.(choose the speed
according to the size of the material).
5. If everything is done. Press Start, the machine will start to work.
There is an infrared inductive head under the outlet so when you put a bag
under the outlet, the filling materials will come out automatically.
6. In the process of quantitative filling, if you want to pause the process
or filling materials has been used out, you need to add more in the hopper,
press Stop to stop the machine.
7. To remove the material inside the machine, please press Discharge or Clear
Material for more than 5 seconds, the machine will enter the state of removing
materials.
8. When filling is completed, please turn off the machine.

How to clean the machine?
Before or after using, if you want to clean the machine. Please first unplug the machine. Please clean the machine with a soft towel. (Please DO NOT pour water in the machine directly. ) The upper lid of the filling machine can be taken off by opening the lock shown in the attached picture. After remove the lid, the inner parts can also be sanitized. Please also don’t forget to clean the big hopper.
