  • Do not remove the lens protecting the LED.
  • Do not use in areas near a gas source.
  • It is NOT possible to change the LED light source.
  • This light is not intended for use in potentially explosive environments.
  • This is NOT a vapor proof light.
  • This bulb is NOT A TOY and is not suitable for use by children.

Do not look directly at LEDs for extended periods of time.
Do not shine the light directly into other people’s eyes.

ADDITIONAL WARNINGS

  • Do not dismantle this light. There are NO replaceable LEDs or serviceable parts.
  • Do not install this light inside of undersized enclosures.
  • Suitable for fixtures rated for temperatures ranging from -4°F to 113°F (-20° C to 45° C)
  • NOT Suitable for enclosed fixtures.
  • Do not use where exposed to standing water.
  • Do not leave bare wires exposed outside of the electrical connections.
  • Make sure wiring section is insulated.
  • DO NOT USE WITH DIMMERS. This lamp is not usable with any sort of dimmer.
  • Using this lamp with dimmer of any kind will void the warranty.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before installing the bulb, shut off power supply at the circuit breaker panel to avoid electrical shock. It is recommended that surge/lightning protection be installed. Ballast must be bypassed if present.

  2. Remove old bulb.

  3. Screw new bulb in clockwise. Do not overtighten. Overtightening may cause damage to the light.

  4. Individually pivot each of the 3 adjustable panels down to best cover the desired space. Depending on the type of light fixture, it may be necessary to pivot light heads out of the way before screwing the bulb into the fixture.

  5. Restore power.

  6. Turn on light switch. Bulb will illuminate immediately.

  7. Adjust all angles as needed.
    (Do  not stare directly into LED lights when adjusting settings.)

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn power OFF.
  2. Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner.
  3. Lightly wipe and clean the fixture.

DO NOT use solvents.
DO NOT use cleaners containing abrasive ingredients.
NEVER spray cleaning liquid directly onto the LEDs, fixture, or wiring.

WARRANTY

1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your SafetyVital product is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. For a period of one year following date of purchase, SafetyVital will repair or replace your device should it fail due to a manufacturer’s defect (subject to certain limitations such as, but not limited to, use of the device as directed or performing the intended function during which the product may become damaged).

This one-year limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, intended function and use as directed, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your SafetyVital product is not functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation, at the address listed below. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we reserve the right to exchange it for a similar or newer model.

Please note that a flat processing fee of $35.00 will be charged to cover the service evaluation and return shipping of your device. All limited warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
