WARNING
This flashlight is a lighting device, long hours of use will cause heat output. In order to ensure this product provides its intended use, please carefully read the warnings and suggestions:
- Keep out of reach of children. Children under the age of 18 need adult supervision when using this product.
- Do not light the flashlight directly on human or animal eyes.
- For long storage time and during transportation, please remove the batteries.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
- Open the battery compartment.
- Insert 3xAAA batteries (not included). Observe the polarity.
- Replace the cover.
- When the lights become dim, it’s time to replace the batteries. Follow the above directions to replace the batteries.
TURNING ON/OFF
To turn the flashlight ON press the ON/OFF button on the side of the light. Top LED light will turn on. Press it again for COB light to turn on to bright setting. Press it again for COB light to switch to dim setting. Press it again to turn it OFF.
MOVING BASE & MAGNETIC EXTENDER

Turn the base as shown below and adjust to your desired position.

Pull the magnetic extender rod. Use to grab magnetic objects in Hard-to-Reach places.
BATTERY CAUTION AND DISPOSAL
- For best results, use alkaline batteries.
- Install only new batteries of the same type in your product.
- Failure to insert batteries in the correct polarity as indicated in the battery compartment, may shorten the life of the batteries or cause batteries to leak.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Standard (Carbon-Zinc) or Rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) or (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
- Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.
WARRANTY
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty Your Safety Vital product is backed by
a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. For a period of one year following
date of purchase, Safety Vital will repair or replace your device should it
fail due to a manufacturer’s defect (subject to certain limitations such as,
but not limited to, use of the device as directed or performing the intended
function during which the product may become damaged).
This one-year limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from
unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover
damage caused by accident, intended function and use as directed, negligence,
or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your Safety Vital product is not
functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for
evaluation, at the address listed below. If your product cannot be repaired or
serviced, we reserve the right to exchange it for a similar or newer model.
Please note that a flat processing fee of $10.00 will be charged to cover the
service evaluation and return shipping of your device. All limited warranty
claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an
authorized retailer. Please send your device, proof of purchase, and a check
or money order in the amount of $10.00 made out to Safety Vital to:

expressly waive the right to be a member of or the lead plaintiff in any class
