Button Operations
Power ON: Take out the both earbuds from the charging case, it will get ON automatically. Otherwise, Press MFB for 3 seconds on both the earbuds to Power ON. Blue & red LED will flash alternatively to indicate that earbuds are turned on.
Power OFF: Press MFB of either earbud for 5 sec or keep the earbuds inside the charging case.
Google Assistance/Voice Assistant: Click thrice on left earbud to activate Google assistant/voice assistant function.
Re-dial: Click MFB of right earbud thrice to call the last dialed number.
Receive/Hangup Call: Click MFB of either earbuds once.
Call Reject: Long press MFB of either earbud for 2 seconds.
Play/Pause: Click MFB of either earbuds once.
Next Song: Click MFB of right earbud twice.
Previous Song: Click MFB of left earbud twice.
Wireless Connection
- Turn ON both the earbuds, blue & red light will flash alternatively to indicate that earbuds are turned ON.
- Left & Right earbuds will get automatically paired to each other within seconds after getting turned ON.
- Blue & Red light will flash alternatively to find the Bluetooth connection.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth of Your device & search “PTron Bassbuds Vista” in your Bluetooth device list to connect the earbuds.
- Blue light will flash every 5 seconds after successful connection with the Phone.
Charging
- Charging Earbuds: Place both the earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the charging box. In the meantime, the Red indicator is permanently ON during charging, and once it is fully charged the Blue indicator will turn ON & after 10 seconds it will turn OFF.
- Charging the Charging Case:
- Use the Micro-USB cable provided with the product & connect with your mobile phone adapter or USB power source.
- Use Wireless Charger provided with the product & put the charging case on it properly. The charging indicator flickers White light. If the 1st indicator flickers, the battery capacity of the charging box is around 25%. If the 2nd indicator flickers, the White battery capacity is around 50%. If the 3rd indicator flickers, the battery capacity is around 75%. And if the 4th indicator flickers, the battery capacity is 100%. The four indicators are permanently on with White light after the case is fully charged.
Note :
- In case of low battery please charge the earbuds immediately to avoid connectivity issues.
- Fully charge the earbuds before using it for the first time.
- If earbuds and charging case are all out of power, cannot use wireless charging for charging case and earbuds. Please use the Micro USB cable to charge the case.

Troubleshooting
- One Earbud is Not Working
- Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case. Wait until L & R earbud match to each other.
- After successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red light.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “pTron Bassbuds Vista” & connect.
- Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning
- Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
- Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
- Now, search for “pTron Bassbuds Vista” on your Bluetooth device & connect.
- Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call
- Charge earbuds 100% before use.
- Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.
