CONTROLS
Case charging indicator
- Light is off when charged. Orange when charging the case.
- Blue when earbuds are charging.
Charging case
- Two panels will lift to reveal the earbuds and the earbud charging sockets
Charging port
- Rear USB-C charging port with DC 5V input.
Mesh earbud cover
- Non-removable mesh earbud cover to prevent dirt and dust getting inside the earbud.
Touch control panel
- Short tap: Play/Pause/ Receive/End call.
- Long tap (2 seconds): Reject call.
- Long tap (4 seconds): Switch modes (Game mode and music mode).
- Long tap (6 seconds): Power on/Power off.
- Tap 4 times : Activate devices voice assistant.
- Left earbud:
- Tap 2 times: Previous track.
- Tap 3 times: Volume down.
- Right earbud:
- Tap 2 times: Next track.
- Tap 3 times: Volume up
Earbud Charging Contact
- When Earbuds are inserted into case correctly they will recharge.
PAIRING
- Turn the earbuds on.
- The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your device, then search for and select “AO-AK350TWS”.
TROUBLESHOOTING
No Power:
- Check battery level and charge if required.
- Try charging the case with a USB wall adapter (like a smartphone charger) instead of a laptop or computer.
- A USB wall adapter up to 5V/1A is recommended for charging.
- Leave the case charging overnight and try in the morning.
Problems Connecting to Bluetooth
- Place the earbuds next to the smart device you are pairing to e.g., Smartphone
- If the Bluetooth name “AO-AK350TWS” does not appear on the list of available devices, then try refreshing the list or searching again.
- Allow up to 1 minute for the device to appear on the Bluetooth list.
- If the earbuds are already connected to another smart device, it will need to be unpaired from that device first or it will need to be out of Bluetooth connection range of that device before it can be connected to another.
