Terrarium animals are cold-blooded animals, which are strongly dependent on light, particularly on the quality and intensity of the light. Activity, food intake, digestion, or rest phases are influenced by the change of day and night. Depending on the light source, there are differences in the output and quality of the light.

Safe light source
The installation kit is suitable for the safe operation of energy-saving and incandescent lamps, halogen spot lamps, neodymium spot lamps, and UV spot lamps (only in a vertical position). It is made of a dedicated high-tech material with heat resistance up to 270 °C. The installation is easy thanks to its pre-assembled mounting plate, screws, and switch.
