How to get the keyboard sync with iPad

Go to”settings -universal-BT(wireless)

Tap on BT(wireless) if it’s OFF, turn it ON.

“Hold ‘Fn’and ‘C’together, when the signal light is flashing the keyboard will stay on searching state within 3 minutes.


On the setting menu, choose“BT (wireless) 4.0 keyboard”. Blue signal light go out connection is successful.

How to change the backlight color

Trouble shooting

Why is the Wirless connection unstable?

When the battery is below 20%, the connection will be unstable. And the wireless function will turn to sleep if you don’t press the keyboard beyond 10 minutes, at this situation, you just need to press any key on the keyboard to wake up the wireless get it to work again. (Don’t need to re -connect the iPad)

I can see the keyboard listed after searching wireless devices, but it says connection failed.

Please try to turn OFF the keyboard; delete the Wireless keyboard from search result list on your smart phone/ tablet. Then follow the pairing instructions and try to connect again.

Can’t charge.
red LED does not light after connecting the charging cable: Replace the charging cable and replace the USB power adapter red LED is always on but can’t turn on the keyboard/ the red LED of the charging indicator is always on, it can be used normally. After the charging cable is unplugged, it cannot be used: Charge the keyboard for at least 60 minutes, then try again.

What does the LED indicator mean?
Blue LED, will flash when searching paring device, will be extinguished after successful pairing.
Red LED will always be on when charging, and will be off when full of charge.
Red LED shining when it is powered off, and it will always be on when it is fully charged.

Why did the indicator light go out after I turned the keyboard on?

The led will shine about 3 seconds, after that, it will extinguish. This is normal. Then you should press fn and c key together to connect the iPad. My keyboard is too sensitive and always mistype.In your iPad, there are some smart settings and it impacts to the typing experience and sensitivity of the typing, it sometimes cause the connected wireless keyboard too sensitive and easily to mistype, you could toggle off the settings in Keyboard (Auto- Correction, Enable Caps Lock, Shortcuts, Smart Punctuation, Split.

Keyboard continuously have the period when press the space key, and capitalization of initial letters in words occur spontaneously

Toggle off shortcut (very important)

Auto capitalization doesn’t work. When shut down and restart the keyboard case, the Auto Capitalization is off again.

The keys types lagging and need press hard to have the letters, sometimes get doubleletters and double spaces

There are several reasons that can cause this problem:

  1. there’s a ‘KEY REPEAT’ in the ipad settings (settings- general-key repeat-off)
  2. didn’t choose the right language
  3. Wireless connection is unstable (maybe caused by lack of power)
  4. If you do not press any key for a long time, the keyboard will enter sleep mode and the first key you press will wake up it.

Step 1 : Make sure your iPad is fully charged
Step 2 : Delete the keyboard connection on iPad (suggest to update iPad system to latest version) Charging light (Red LED on: Charging);
Battery light (Green LED on: Full battery charge, RED LED blinking: Low battery)
Step 3 : Reboot your iPad and keyboard
Step 4: Reconnect it again

How to Remove the iPad Easily?

  1. Removing back protective piece: hold iPad on both sides and use thumbs to gently push off the back cover (see photo.) Cover is held in place by two tabs.
  2. Proceed to “peel” cover away from iPad.
  3. Take iPad out.
  4. Take iPad out upwards.

OR

  1. Find out an expired card

  2. Insert the card into the gap and push the card to the cover side a little bit

  3. Slid the card from one side to another

  4. Separate the iPad from the cover easily
