Compatibility
Compatible with iPadOS 13 (with newer versions).
We recommend that you upgrade your ipad to 13.4.1 for best performance.
To check your iPad system version.
- Settings > General > About > Software Version.
- Upgrade to iPadOS 13.4.1 or later to properly use the touchpad feature.
Upgrade your ipad to the latest version:

Open your device’s Settings > General > Software Update

Click “Download and Install”.
*If you see Resume Download, click it.
Settings
Pairing with the tablet.

Switch the ON/OFF to the ON position

Connect the device BT1 : long press blue light flashes quickly
Connect device BT2: long press green light flashes quickly -
Switch “Bluetooth on” in “Settings”

Click “Settings” – “Bluetooth” -“Available devices” Bluetooth Keyboard”

Click Pairing in the pop-up window. (When the Bluetooth indicator stops flashing, the device is connected)
When pairing with a new device, repeat steps 1-5 after the connect indicator appears, and pairing is complete.
Note: Keyboard supports simultaneous connection of two devices, short press FN + C / V switch Bluetooth BT1 / BT2
If your system is 13.3.1, please follow the steps below to enable the touchpad function:
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch
- Make sure the Assistive Touch option is turned on
Shortcut Keys
Tip: When the red light flashes, please note that the device needs to be charged and the working voltage only supports 5V.
= turn on/off the touchpad

= Toggle keyboard backlight color

= Toggle keyboard backlight brightness

Note: Please make sure the device is connected and the keyboard touchpad function is turned on.
One-finger tap

In the application page
Touch and hold the left trackpad, you can drag the application icons to where
you want them to be
Touch and hold the right trackpad.
Show App menu (same as right mouse button.
On the Edit page
Touch and hold the left trackpad, you can select the text you want and you can
drag and drop around the text.
Installation and Removal

Put one end of the tablet into the bottom of the case (p attention to the alignment of the camera hole)

Push the tablet into the case.

Press the two corners of the top of the case and push out.

Remove the tablet.
Charging
- Turn on the keyboard. (if the power indicator flashes, please charge the keyboard)
- Plug the charging cable (included) into the keyboard and charger
a) Keyboard charging light turns red.
b) When charging is complete, the battery indicator goes off.

Troubleshooting
If the keyboard does not work properly, please check the following things:
- The Bluetooth function of the tablet (or other Bluetooth devices) is turned on;
- Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet;
- Bluetooth keyboard is charged;
- Make sure the keyboard is powered on (battery indicator is on);
- Make sure the keyboard has been paired via Bluetooth.
If you have unwanted autocorrect or punctuation, please follow these steps:
- Open Settings>General>Keyboard>Hardware Keyboard;
- Turn off Auto-Capitalization Auto-Correction and “.” Shortcut (see the picture below).
If Bluetooth pairing fails, please try the following steps:
- Press and hold the key, the red, green, and blue indicator lights are on at the same time, then release, the keyboard has been restored to factory settings.
- Delete all Bluetooth devices on the tablet;
- Turn off the Bluetooth function on the tablet;
- Restart the tablet;
- Turn on the Bluetooth on the tablet;
- Switch the keyboard switch;
- Repeat the “Setup” steps in the manual to pair the keyboard.
