IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Use only power inserter and power supply in dry locations. This is for indoor
use only.
Feature: This HDTV Antenna Amplifier is specially designed for digital TV broadcast reception. It improves antenna reception by amplifying weak signals and helps overcome cable and splitter loss. This amplifier can be mast-mounted or wall-mounted outdoors or even used indoors.

INSTALLATION
In order to protect the amplifier and antenna, please check that the 2 rubber boots are needed for installation (for better waterproofing).
To hook the cable and rubber boots, please follow the below steps:

Cut the rubber boot as per picture, ensure it matches your cable specifications. RG-59 is the smaller one, RG-6U is the larger one.

. Wiring the cable through the whole, make the connection.
**If using a pre-built cable (cable with connector on the end):

- Cut the rubber boot as per picture ensuring it matches your cable specifications. RG-59 is the smaller one, RG-6U is the larger one.
- After cutting the tube, you need to make a cross cutting on the remaining boot. It is recommended you keep 0.2 inches from th edge.
- Wire the cable through the hole.
Installing the Amplifier:
- 1. Connect a coax cable (not included) from your antenna to the INPUT on the amplifier. For best results, be sure to keep the cable between the antenna and amplifier as short as possible.
- Mount the amplifier in your desired location.
Mast Mount: Use one of the large zip ties provided to secure amplifier to mast. See picture on the following page.
Wall Mount (outdoors or indoors): Use the slotted holes at the top of the amplifier to attach to wall.

Connect the coax cable (not provided) from the OUTPUT on the amplifier to the ANTENNA input of the power inserter.
When mast mounting, use the other larger zip tie provided to secure cable to mast. -
When you want to wire the cable into your house, we recommended that you should have a water-drip loop before the cable into your house to prevent the water through the cable to your house.

Connect the coax cable pre-attached to the power inserter to the HDTV.

Connect the power supply plug to the power inserter.

Plug the power supply into an AC wall outlet. The lighted red LED confirms that power is correctly applied.

Scan for channels on your HDTV. This step is very important. Your HDTV will not receive signals from your antenna without completing this step. See your TV’s menu for this process. You can also refer to the TV instruction manual for detail instructions.
NOTE: It is important to repeat this process and re-scan for channels anytime you more or re-position your antenna.
NOTICE
For the best reception, please check the following conditions:
- Installed as high as possible: in the case of digital reception, if there are some interruptions between the antenna and transmission tower, it will cause loss of signal temporarily. So install the antenna as high as possible to avoid interruptions.
