TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
No picture out after the correct connection at one MOM | Maybe the Transmitter | |
and receiver have not yet matched the connection | Please follow the operation |
steps:
1. Please connect the Transmitter and receiver with the 3.5mm male to male,
connect Transmitter with an input device, and connect the receiver with the
display;
2. Supply power on both Transmitter and receiver;
3. Long press the reset button for Los on the receiver until the display
shows the OSD content “searching TX”;
4. Short press the reset button on either receiver or both sides
simultaneously to match the Transmitter and receiver automatically, the Link
and Status LED both flash quickly means the Transmitter and receiver is
connected well. If customers want to connect more receivers, they can repeat
these steps to match one Transmitter up to four receivers simultaneously
No picture out after correct connection at different room| The distance can’t
reach 100m due to the signal loss via passing through the solid walls.| When
passing through a solid wall (thickness under 30cm), the signal will lose 30%
of the original signal and the distance will be shorter than 70m; if passing
through two or more solid walls, the distance will be shorter than 20m. Please
get a shorter distance at pass through solid wall application
The picture out not stable or the distance is shorter than the description|
Maybe there have some same band Interference sources at 5GHz affect the
extender’s signal transmission.| Please place the product closer when there
have the same bond Interference sources or remove the Interference sources
