LEAKING FROM BOTTOM OF MACHINE

  • If leaking is coming from bottom of the machine, check that the separator stack inside the dirty water tank is properly in place

  • The arrow on the separator stack should be in line with the lock icon on the dirty water tank

  • Remove dirty water tank

  • Twist the bottom of the float stack clockwise until arrow is lined up with lock symbol

  • Fully close the float stack in the dirty water tank

  • Remove clean water tank and fill with water

  • Check for leaking while it is detached from machine

  • If there is no leaking, remove the dirty water tank and check for water in the receiving area (under tanks)

  • If there is water in the receiving area, check that the black “duck bill” gasket is not missing or inserted wrong in the dirty water tank

  • The tall side of the “duck bill” should be inserted into the opening on the outer, rounded side of the tank

  • Take it out and squeeze the tall flap and test that it will open

  • Empty the dirty water tank and turn it over repeatedly

  • The float inside should slide back and forth easily

  • If the float is stuck, please order a replacement

    • If there is no water in the receiving area, Contact Us
