My TurboClean DualPro Pet/PowerForce PowerBrush Pet XL has No Suction | Support

If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

  • Turn machine on

  • Fill Clean Water Tank with water if needed

  • Open accessory door on the nozzle and insert the hose until it clicks into place

  • Turn machine on

  • Hold down the trigger and spray water from hose into a cup or bowl

    • Is there spray?
    • No > Go to  No Spray
    • Yes > Place the end of the hose into the cup or bowl and suction up the water
      • Is there suction?
        • Yes > Skip down to Remove Front Nozzle
        • No > Remove hose from machine, run water through one end of it with the other end over the sink
          • Repeat the previous steps filling a cup or bowl with water and suction up with the end of the hose
            • Is there suction?
              • Yes > Skip down to Remove Front Nozzle
              • No > Turn machine off > Remove Dirty Water Tank> Clear debris from red motor duct > Turn machine on, place hand on red motor duct
                • Is there suction?
  • Remove front nozzle by lifting under the hose access door

  • Rinse nozzle under water

  • Use nozzle clean out tool to unclog hair and debris

  • Use the comb on the nozzle clean out tool to brush out debris and hair from the brush rolls

  • Reinstall front nozzle

    • Line up and insert 2 tabs and rotate back until the top snaps back into place
    • Machine may have to be leaned back slightly to align both tabs properly
    • Make sure accessory door on nozzle is securely shut
  • Has this resolved the issue?

    • Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
    • No > Go to No Suction Tanks
