Check to make sure the correct charger is being used
-
The charger model number listed on the motor rating label and on the charger should be: YLS0041-T060015
-
If charger is not correct, a new one will be needed
-
If using correct charger, make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet
-
Verify the machine is in the OFF position while charging
- If the machine is in the on position while charging, the machine will not charge
-
Verify the machine is fully charged
- Battery needs to charge a full, uninterrupted 16 hours before first use
- After first use, charge at least 16 hours to renew the battery
- The charging indicator light will illuminate when properly connected and will not turn off when fully charged

Make sure the dirt cup is securely placed into the machine
- Press down on the machine to ensure the dirt cup is in place

Check to see if the charger is warm at the outlet after being plugged in for several minutes
- If charger is not warm, place order for new charger
- If charger is warm and machine still doesn’t charge, please Contact Us
