Test for suction at the motor duct
-
Remove dirt container & filter
-
Plug machine in and turn on
-
Place hand over the vent area where the top of the tank connects

If no suction here, Contact Us

If there is suction, turn off and unplug machine
-
Empty dirt tank
-
Remove debris from filter
- Filter can be washed in mild soap and warm water
- Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 Hrs) before reinstalling
-
Insert filter back into dirt tank
- Vacuum should never be operated without the filter in place
- Replacement filters can be ordered

Before inserting dirt tank

Detach the foot by pressing the release tab on the lower back of the machine

Clear any debris at the suction channel on the end of the hand vac
-
Clear debris from suction opening on the top of the foot assembly
- You should be able to see the brush through the suction opening
-
Clear all hair and debris from the brush roll
- Do not attempt to remove the brush cover – disassembling it will destroy the foot and void the warranty

Reattach foot assembly, install filter into dirt tank & attach to machine

If the hand vac has suction but there is no suction at the floor, a new foot assembly can be ordered
