Have you checked hose for suction?

No > Go to No Suction

Yes > Turn off and unplug machine

Remove dirty water tank
- To remove pull up and away
-
Empty dirty water tank
- Secure plug back into place pressing firmly in the center
- Move the float in the dirty water tank up and down, checking if it moves freely
- If the float is not able to move freely, remove debris that may be binding the float

Check dirty water tank for cracks or damage
- If damaged a new dirty water tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Reseat dirty water tank onto machine until it clicks into place

Remove the clean water tank by lifting straight up

Check clean water tanks for cracks, warping, or other damage
- If damaged, a new tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Fill clean water tank (do not exceed fill line)

Secure the cap on top of the clean water tank and reinsert it into machine
-
Test for suction
