If your machine appears to be leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

Unplug machine

Recline handle and remove tank
-
Take out 4 screws holding the black plate and red gasket on the bottom of the water tank
-
Press x-valve located in the center of red gasket with finger to verify the spring is freely moving in and out
- If valve doesn’t spring back, a new auto-load assembly needs to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Verify the bladder has a tight seal to the bottom of the tank by inserting a finger inside the bladder along the edge and lifting slightly upward
- If bladder is damaged at all, a new tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Reassemble machine
-
Does machine still appear to be leaking?
- Yes > A new tank needs to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
- No > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
