Follow these steps to resolve:

Air inlet may be blocked
-
Machine should be at least 1 foot away from walls or furniture (air should be allowed to circulate freely)

Turn machine off and unplug

Remove the bottom cover – twist counter-clockwise to unlock
-
If the filter is in the plastic protective wrap, remove plastic and reinstall filter with BISSELL logo on top
-
Twist bottom cover clockwise to lock into place

Plug machine in and turn on > Push Fan Speed (+) button once to select High
- Place hand over top of machine to check for airflow
-
If air is flowing but display lights are off > Machine is in Night Mode
- Press Night Light button to activate lights

If there is no air flow (fan is not turning) and lights are ON
- Turn machine off and unplug
- Plug machine back in and turn on

- Turn machine off and unplug
- Plug machine back in and turn on
