If you are experiencing machine leaking, follow these steps to resolve:
Note: If there is too much water on floor, go over area without pressing trigger to suction up excess water

Where is your machine leaking from?
- Dirty Water Tank, or Foot > Go to Leaking from Dirty Water Tank or Foot
- Vents > Go to Leaking from Vents
- Clean Water Tank > Turn machine off & continue troubleshooting

Remove and reseat clean water tank back onto machine, pushing down until it is secure

Has this resolved the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Remove Clean Water Tank from machine

Check for cracks, leaks or deformation on tank, tank lid & rubber gasket
- If any component on tank is damaged, a new tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Fill clean tank with water, securely close tank lid until it clicks, firmly push back onto machine, leaving no gaps between tank & body of machine
- If tank lid does not click into place, a new tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
