If you are experiencing No Power, follow these steps to resolve:
-
Unplug your carpet cleaner and check the power cord for any signs of damage
- If cord or plug is damaged > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
-
Unplug the cleaner and check the red lint screen on the clean water tank
- Remove any built-up debris
-
If the machine is plugged into an extension cord, remove the cord and try the machine in a different outlet
-
Plug the cleaner into multiple working outlets to ensure there’s not an issue with the outlet or breaker
-
Check the amp limit on your circuit breaker
- If you’re using a 12-amp machine on a 10-amp breaker, it could be causing it to over load and trip, especially if additional appliances are plugged in the same circuit
