If the Cord will not retract on your vacuum, follow these steps to
resolve:
-
Unplug machine
-
Hold the plug > Press the Automatic Cord Rewind Button to slowly retract the Cord
-
If the Cord doesn’t retract at first > pull some of the Cord out & press the button again
-
Verify the Cord is not wound or twisted unevenly
-
Cord should NOT be pulled out beyond the red line on the Cord
-
If the Cord no longer retracts, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
