If your tank is not fitting into your machine, follow these steps to
resolve:

Turn off and unplug machine

Check water tank and cap for any damage
- If damaged, a replacement tank is needed > Go to Parts & Supplies

Securely attach cap to the tank before inserting it into the machine
-
If tank does not fit when inserted, check to see if the cap is lodged in the receiving area of the machine
- This area should be all white
- If needed, remove the cap in order to fit the tank into place
-
Check tank and/or cap for cracks or damage
- If damaged, order a replacement > Go to Parts & Supplies
