- Unplug machine
- Slide the Lock ‘n Seal Lever to the unlock position and remove dirt tank to empty
- Twist the inner cyclone to the left and pull down to check upper tank for clogs
- Cyclone can be washed with water
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling in upper tank
- Remove the pre-motor filter from slide out tray under dirt tank and wash with water and mild detergent
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling in tray
- Remove post-motor filter from behind door on side of machine to remove debris
- Filter is NOT washable and will need to be replaced when dirty
- All filters should be cleaned or replaced when the Clean Filter Indicator turns red
If Clean Filter Indicator is black, the hose is clogged:

Pull curved hose wand from hose base and remove hose from back of machine by twisting to the right
- Run broom handle through hose to remove any clogs
- Check hose base for clogs

Remove screw from left side of lower hose on back of machine and pull hose down to straighten
- Remove hard plastic hose wand base and use a broom handle to clear any clogs in lower hose

If clog is cleared but indicator is still black, turn machine off and back on to reset the indicator
- If machine still has no suction, visit an Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
