  • Both filters (Fabric and Mesh) should be in place on machine while in use for Wet & Dry cleaning

    • Remove hose

    • Turn machine on, check for suction at the opening on the front of the machine

    • Remove lid if no suction at opening by releasing latches on side of machine

    • Remove Fabric filter and clear of any debris

      • Filter can be hand washed using cold water & mild dish soap
      • Rinse well
      • Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling (24 – 48 hours)
    • Empty tank

    • Clear debris from the suction inlet (both inside & out)

    • Remove the Filter Cage from the underside of the top cover

      • Turn counter clockwise to unlock
    • Remove the Mesh Filter

      • Mesh filter can be rinsed in cold water
      • Allow to completely air dry before reinstalling (24 – 48 hours)
    • Make sure the float is positioned at the bottom of basket behind filter

      • If not, tap basket – Float should move freely
    • Return Mesh filter to tank lid

    • Lock filter cage around mesh filter by twisting clockwise

    • Place Fabric filter into tank

      • If Fabric filter is missing the Tank lid will not be secure & will result in reduced suction.
    • Reattach Tank lid, secure latches on both sides

    • Turn on & check again for suction at opening on front of machine

If opening does have suction, inspect the hose, wand, and attachment for clogs

  • Separate each piece

  • Remove curved piece at end of hose (push tabs to release)

  • Separate extension wands

  • Push broomstick through hose & wands to clear any debris or clogs

  • If hose, wand or any attachments are damaged they should be replaced
