  • Unplug machine
  • Inspect tank and cap insert for damage
    • The cap needs to be on tightly
    • If damage to the tank or cap, replacement parts need to be ordered
  • Verify leak is not coming from bottom of filter
    • Confirm tank and filter are securely pushed into machine
    • Inspect filter for cracks or damage
    • If damaged, replacement filter needs to be ordered

Leaks Between Filter and Machine

  • Unplug machine

  • Take out the filter and check the connector on the base of the filter

    • If a portion of the connector is missing, it likely has broken off and is lodged inside the receiver
    • Attempt to remove the broken piece from the receiver by using a tiny screwdriver
    • If the broken piece cannot be removed, please Contact Us
  • Inspect the filter for cracks or damage

    • If damaged, a replacement needs to be ordered
  • Verify the O-ring is in place

    • If missing, a new filter needs to be ordered
    • If O-ring is in place, check for deformity and replace if needed
    • DO NOT USE VINEGAR OR ANY SOLUTION OTHER THAN WATER IN THE TANK
    • If you are still seeing a leak, please Contact Us
