Leaks Between Tank and Filter
- Unplug machine
- Inspect tank and cap insert for damage
- The cap needs to be on tightly
- If damage to the tank or cap, replacement parts need to be ordered
- Verify leak is not coming from bottom of filter
- Confirm tank and filter are securely pushed into machine
- Inspect filter for cracks or damage
- If damaged, replacement filter needs to be ordered
- If no cracks or damage to tank or filter, order the Steam Mop Filter Kit – this should solve the leaking issue
- Machines with serial number 1326101MDA and after have the water filter kit and should not be leaking
Leaks Between Filter and Machine

Unplug machine

Take out the filter and check the connector on the base of the filter
- If a portion of the connector is missing, it likely has broken off and is lodged inside the receiver
- Attempt to remove the broken piece from the receiver by using a tiny screwdriver
- If the broken piece cannot be removed, please Contact Us

Inspect the filter for cracks or damage
- If damaged, a replacement needs to be ordered

Verify the O-ring is in place
- If missing, a new filter needs to be ordered
- If O-ring is in place, check for deformity and replace if needed
- DO NOT USE VINEGAR OR ANY SOLUTION OTHER THAN WATER IN THE TANK
