If your machine apperas to be falling over, follow these steps to resolve:

The Slim Steam can’t stand upright on its own – it is intended to be stored on wall mount and not intended to remain upright during use

Be careful if leaning the machine on wall or furniture as machine may potentially fall over

Lay the machine on the floor, making sure the foot and body are cool and dry to avoid damage to the floor
